No problem making reservation on line. Pickup was quick and efficient. Next morning came out to…read morestart, and this warning popped up. When to Enterprise after work (about 4:15 pm), the only employee on duty refused to look at the warning message or did not offer to add air to tires. Instead, was told to take the car to a local tire shop at 4:20 pm on the Friday prior to Memorial Day. Ended paying to put air in tires twice during five day rental. When I returned car, I requested a walk around together to verify condition. Same employee from Friday evening, refused to do the walk around, instead he stated " that Enterprise would contact me if they needed anything else". Disappointing end.

My best friends transmission went out on Monday afternoon. Today (Tuesday) around 11 am I took my…read morefriend to our bank to see about getting a loan for his dream car. Neither of us had any car purchasing history whatsoever, and we knew this wasn't going to be an easy task (not to mention were both only 20). After being refused a loan for the 20 some thousand dollar 2005 Subaru STI, my friend was devastated to say the least. We had heard terrible things about going into a dealership to finance a vehicle because the APR rates were high.. but we though, why not try? Upon entering the dealership, after drooling a little at that beautiful Suby, we met the two people that were going to make this kid's wildest dream come true! We met Lori and Alan shortly after being on the lot and they welcomed us right in with the full intention of getting us into that car, today. It took time, a lot of it. This amazing man took the time out of his day to pull as many strings as he could to get us what we had hoped for. Lori had to jump through some hoops herself to get the bank to loan us first time buyers this large lump of money. I was expecting a nerve-racking time, I was expecting big corporate schemes and a money grabbing company just trying to pull at our wallets.. but boy was I ever wrong. I have never been more comfortable in any office or place of business in my life! Alan and Lori are something special, they truly and sincerely wanted us to get exactly what we wanted and they weren't going to take no for an answer. They didn't do it for the money, they didn't do it for any personal gain at all, and for that I am truly grateful. My 20 year old friend got to drive home his dream car for the first time today, and he couldn't have done it without this great business and their amazing staff. So this is a HUGE thank you to Alan and Lori :)
