I just want to add that I had my trade in Toyota always serviced there in Coos Bay and always had excellent service. One time I called a week ahead and made an appointment for service. When I got there I wasn't on the books. They were busy but they made room for my vehicle and I didn't wait any longer than I normally would. I will, of course, take my new Toyota there for service.

I live 2 hrs drive away, so time and gas are factor For me. Wish I had a dealership closer but going forward will have to find other accommodations.
