How easy does that handle pull? Any rust holes beneath? How pliable is that hose?" etc. We did the video call for almost half an hour and looked all over that vehicle. I have been instructed by the insurance company go ahead and find another body shop, get another estimate and they will take care of it, basically saying sorry about your luck we don't want the responsibility of someone else's mistakes might then be liable to us. here is my thought. If you were good at what you do, there should be no issues with your capability to fix what someone else could not. Perhaps you should have at least looked at my vehicle then the estimate then decided whether or not it was something you could handle, but I think, as you do not have the capability, and therefore you are afraid of the liability.
