Jackie helped me more in 6 weeks than anyone else had in 6 months. My condition isn't 100% resolved, but it has improved and is more manageable now. All staff I had interacted with at Roggy were very nice; from phone calls to in-person. The attention to detail with his situation was well above any expectation I could have asked for. He is only 62, but with his fully fused back, everything is challenging. The appointment was timely, he was helped in and out of the facility care rooms as they checked his sight. The doctor ordered the glasses he needs for reading up close, with plain glass above for regular sight. The staff kept him entertained as he waited for his facility bus to pick him up and return him to Windmill Manor. Thank you for the respect, the empathy and the professionalism you all showed.
