Tina Gordon was very helpful on the scheduling and reached out every step of the way to coordinate the install. Roger arrived on time as scheduled, brought all the necessary equipment to install the new and remove the old A/C unit. I was especially impressed with his lift unit that made the trips up and down from the roof safe and protected the RV from any damage. The service was done quickly and Roger answered any questions I had.
