We arrived at the airport and our flight had left. We called Rivas Travel and they appeared to have no recollection of the change and they could not help us . After spending 8 hours at the airport calling the airline directly we were able to rebook the flights on a flight 3 days after our scheduled departure day. Don't ever book your flights with this company, ever! They were no help and if it was up to them we would have had to rebuy new flights to leave the country. Never again!

I bought something from some one outside the store, but the person came in to this travel agency to ask for a pin to remove his SIM card from the phone. When I got home I noticed the person sold me a dummy phone. I ended up paying $420 for an iPhone 7. So I quickly went to this agency and ask to speak to the owners. When I went inside there was cameras all over so I thought great, this people can help me get a picture of this person so I can take to authorities. When I'm waiting for the owner to come i told him the problem and he gave me an attitude and said no. He won't give me access to identity the person. I asked him why wouldn't he if the person came in here and you have cameras all around. He then started talking to me about politics and why he's not doing it. I told him thank you for your help and walked out.

A group of 30 of us booked a trip to the Dominican Republic and were notified the day before that the trip was canceled and Echolatino has not returned our money, total amounting to $40,000. We have been getting the run around all this time, excuse after excuse. This has been the worst experience for all of us involved. My. rating is a thumbs down.

I will never again enter Daysi Travel for work with regards to 'documents' that have personal detailed information. I will not include details as this is now an ongoing investigation! So sad about this!
