The customer service phenomenal. To see this many quality shoes in a local store was amazing. The value is very good too. I purchased some Hoka sneaker too. Prices of the shoes are excellent. The gentleman I dealt with measured my feet and then explained why I was experiencing so much pain and helped me find a solution. He was a consummate, professional and knowledgeable. I left with the two of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever slipped on and that is saying something because I'm actually in pain right now because my other footwear was creating the problem. I highly recommend a trip there if you're having problems with your feet and finding proper footwear. I will definitely be back to get more shoes.

I love their designers - my favorites are Rag and Bone, Ports 1961, Helmut Lang, and Phillip Lim. Just when I think "I have everything from them that I could need", they go and get something else that I HAVE TO HAVE!
