The dress never did fit me right the dress was gorgeous however, they do not have sizes to accommodate you it seems that alterations are definitely necessary. Their alterations are very expensive and I chose to go somewhere else. So in the end, even after my alterations, it was very tough For the dress to fit properly. I was also recommended double-sided tape which did not hold a word to the wise check out other places don't settle for this place.

I called Tailoring While You Wait because I had burned the sleeve of my down puffer winter coat. I got a very pleasant woman on the phone. She told me to stop by and she would take a look. (Other local cleaner to my area wouldn't touch the coat and only offered to attach a patch that I would have to purchase on my own). I brought the coat in, got the same woman. She showed me an elbow patch and we looked at each other, no. I could tell she knew what she was doing because she started looking all over the coat for fabric to use on the repair. She told me she could fix it but I wasn't sure how and she told me nobody would notice the repair except me. I was skeptical but had hope as it is my fav coat. Long story short, The coat was repaired good as new. I couldn't believe it. She had created an entire new sleeve section (not a patch) and the repair was UNDETECTABLE! Where the additional material came from I'll never know because the entire coat was intact inside and out. No joke it was a miracle. it was done in record time with what I consider a nominal fee. All these ladies were so great and I was treated kindly and professionally! The burn was sizable and all the way down to the inner lining! Thanks again! I'll be a returning customer!

This was my first place to try on any wedding dresses. I had seen so many posts on their Instagram page that made me want to experience this shop. Unfortunately, the experience I had during my appointment was so disappointing and truly just terrible. From the start, the consultant Meghan, was clueless. She could not answer any of my questions, did not know anything about the gowns and was unable to pin the dresses so I could see how they would fit. She did not suggest any dresses that I told her I was looking for, and gave me one that I said was the complete opposite style from what I wanted. She kept going back to the owner and asking her for help, which is fine, but I expected the owner to step in and lend a hand- but that did not happen. She was too busy on her cell phone. People have posted such positive things about her hands on approach but I did not find that at all, maybe there are only some people she wants to work with. The merchandise was limited also. They post about new arrivals daily but when I went, there were not many dresses that could be ordered. The consultant told me that many of the dresses I had selected were labeled as "can't be ordered", meaning they were discontinued and had to be taken off the floor. The overall atmosphere of this place is terrible. The girls do not seem like they want to be there and the owner is just as rude. If you want that amazing bridal moment, please do not go here, it will make you lose hope in finding that gown and having that bridal moment. read more

I went to Nicole's boutique back in March of this year. It was my first time looking at wedding dresses & I had no idea what I was looking for or what style I would like more. There was another bride there as well for her appointment which I didn't mind at all but I felt intimated because I'm more on the heavier side & the other bride just fit perfectly in every dress she tried on lol but Nicole came to the rescue & set chairs up for my family back where the fitting rooms were, a little more private for me, which was perfect! The girl that was helping me try on dresses was so nice & helpful unfortunately I forgot her name! At one point Nicole came back to the dressing room & said that my mom looked very familiar, and I told her that we came here over 10 years ago for both of my prom dresses, and my date for my senior prom is actually my fiancé! I'm told her that I had such a good experience for my 2 proms I HAD to come back! I probably tried on 6-8 dress, different styles & finally ended up finding a ball room dress but I couldn't bare myself to make the final decision on such a big purchase since my fiancé & I are having a very small wedding. I did go to other bridal stores after Nicole's & NOTHING compares on the experience that I had there! Everyone was so nice, accommodating & very helpful. Even though I didn't purchase my wedding dress from the boutique I would DEFINITELY recommend Nicole's for anyone's occasions! Thank you again! read more

Nicole's Boutique is a clean professional place to get your formal and/or wedding dresses. I was in a bind and needed a dress for a formal event. I went to Nicole's after seeing many posts online showing many beautiful dresses. When I walked in I was greated with a smile and immediately felt comfortable and ready to experience the Nicole's way. In the dressing room it was clean and beautifully decorated. Again I was treated with great respect always making sure I was okay and assisted when I needed it. I never felt rushed or as though I was an annoyance when trying on many dresses. When there was a dress not in my size, they were willing and able to order in the correct size. Upon leaving the boutique it was smooth and easy. They provide a beautiful bag to carry out your dress to keep it clean and covered fully. I highly recomend Nicole and her group of ladies they are energetic and very helpful. They will do what they can to make your experience comfortable and exactly what you want it to be. If you're looking for a personal shopping experience this is the place for you. It will feel like you are the only person there even when there are other people there shopping too. I will use Nicole's Boutique for all my formal dress needs from here on. read more

Went to Nicole's Boutique specifically because of the quantity of Bill Levkoff bridesmaids dresses the boutique had in stock--I loved a handful of the gowns and wanted my bridesmaids to be able to select the gowns they each felt most comfortable in so quantity of pieces to choose from within the same collection was super important to me. Pricing for these gowns was comparable to most other stores I researched in New Jersey as well. When my bridesmaids all came in to try on dresses, we had a pretty positive experience and everyone left pleased with their selection. When the gowns came in we were a bit disappointed as they all seemed to be significantly over-sized (understood that being a little big is better than being a little small, but this was more extreme than we had anticipated). Wasn't a huge deal as all of the girls had plans for alterations but this definitely did create some extra work for our seamstresses and increase the girls' individual costs. Although Nicole Boutique was not the right place for me to find my dream wedding gown, I will definitely recommend them to future brides shopping for bridesmaids dresses since I was so impressed by the selection. read more

I recently visited Nicoles Boutique to find my perfect wedding dress. I am giving this store 2 stars because I did enjoy the help from my consultant, but aside from her, the rest was terrible. My family who came with me to the appointment are hard to please, I cannot ignore that, but there is no need to treat them poorly because of it. The owner Nicole came to assist in the appointment because my family kept criticizing each gown. When she came to "help" all she did was speak rudely to my mother and talk down to them. My mother had every right to say what she wanted, after all she is my biggest supporter and also she knows what I like even better than myself most days. When I am confused and have too many options, I lose my thoughts but she always has great advice to me. Nicole continued to rudely interrupt my moms thoughts and we ended up leaving without any purchase. This is not a boutique I want to have to keep going back to after seeing the customer service provided by the owner. Learn from my faults and look elsewhere for a great experience, after all its once in a lifetime! read more

Nicole's boutique was absolutely wonderful- I would refer anyone there in a heartbeat. They have a very affordable yet unique collection. I purchased my wedding gown there as well as 9 bridesmaid gowns- both received tons of compliments throughout my wedding day. I mostly worked with Miranda who was sweet and gave great feedback. Nicole the owner is an absolute angel- she genuinely cares about all of her customers. There was a manufacturing issue with 2 of my bridesmaids gowns and Nicole went out of her way to rectify the situation. She went as far as offering to personally drive to one of my bridesmaids home to expedite the process and get the new gowns to us quicker- can you say dedication?! She was easy to get ahold of by email and kept us informed every step of the way. I had a large bridal party of 9 girls and all of the girls said it was such an easy, seem-less process when picking out gowns. I have been a long time customer of Nicole's. On my first visit I was looking for a wedding dress. I stopped in by myself and looked around. I began speaking with the sales associate who to my surprise was Nicole. She was so down to earth and sweet. Her shop does not give you an uptight feeling at all. That is very important to me. I explained what I was looking for but didn't see in her shop. She took my name and number and said she would call if she found something. To my surprise less then a week later she called and said she found a dress. When I walked into her shop again she had it displayed upfront and I knew immediately that I was saying Yes to the dress. Over the years I have sent many friends and family to her shop also. Everyone is always so thankful I introduced them to Nicole. Was referred to this cute boutique by my coworker who got her wedding gown from Nicole a couple of years ago and raved about her and the store. I made an appointment and took my mom, sister and future mother in law last Saturday. They had chairs and a reserved for Molly sign when I checked in. So nice of them. The store is so pretty and set up so well. It was very busy with prom and bridesmaids but we had our own side of the runway so it wasn't overwhelming. Nicole and Miranda found me the perfect dress - I actually didn't want to try it on but they showed me a picture on the iPad and said it's much prettier on than how it looks on the hanger and lord were they right. I came out on the runway and we all started tearing up. I said yes to my dress that second! I took my gown home and they even gave me a gorgeous damask garment bag to store it until my wedding. Made an appointment with Nicole based on a referral and very glad I did. She was Verrrry sweet and helpful. She encouraged me to try a gown on that I didn't think I'd like and once I had it on I knew it was the one. Very glad my coworker told me about this bridal boutique. On a side note, I had been to two other bridal stores with larger selections but Nicole's had the best collection. I didn't have to go thru all the older designs that were left over like the other stores ; she only had current styles. The boutique had a nice atmosphere and vibe. I liked being on their runway so I could see how my gown moved rather than standing still on a pedestal. I picked out a bridesmaid dress for my girls and I also booked Nicole to be with me on my wedding day. I would give Nicole and her sales girls more than 5stars if Google allowed. Devin and Nicole helped my mother , maid of honor and myself find the perfect gown and bridesmaid dress for my destination wedding in Mexico. I couldn't be happier with the selection and service. Having gone to 3 other bridal stores, I have to say Nicole's Boutique was the only one that greeted us with a smile and seemed toreally enjoy helping us. The store is really nice & nothing is in bags.They carry formal dresses too. My daughter and I have been to many bridal shops in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Wanting a personal and local shop, hands down, Nicole's is where we will purchasing her gown. Nicole's has a lovely staff of stylish energetic consultants. They know their merchandise and have all been friendly and helpful beyond belief. Nicole herself is a dream to work with and our bridal consultant Devin is the absolute best! They carry the perfect selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Many of the stores had great reputations, but service and selection told myself and friends differently while we went through this process. Great selection of designers too. The staff will treat you like a princess or queen. The runway is a nice touch to model your dress and take pictures. This cute little boutique was a very pleasant surprise after visiting 3 other stores in Ocean County. As soon as my daughters and I walked in the door, we felt right at home. We stayed for two hours and had a wonderful time. The boutique is adorable and the staff is pleasant and honest and has a completely different approach than the other stores we visited - they allow pictures, facetime and video on their runway and are not pushy in the slightest. Yesterday I had the absolute best experience at Nicole's! They had a wonderful dress selection, I thought the dresses were moderately priced and yet affordable, and Meghan was just a god send. We joked around because I have no sisters, and she has 2, so she made me feel so comfortable and as if I was one of her sisters. The best thing about this establishment is that it is fully stocked with inventory and accessories and alterations, if needed, are done upon pickup to insure the proper fit and look you desire. They also have an on premises seamstress who will alter your garments to your liking. My spouse had a dress altered with the hem and straps altered to make the dress look fabulous. They do take appointments and this a good idea since it was quite busy when we were there. You get great quality, service and a competitive pricing.'

I loved my experience here. It's a one-on-one appointment and they allow you to try on as many dresses as you'd like. Other places I've been to only allow you to try on 5/6 dresses. Not knowing what I like, I wanted to be able to see a variety. I tried on about 15-20 dresses and narrowed down my search to 3. I left the shop undecided and called back a few weeks later. They shared designer information with me and after researching the designer they carry more online, I fell in love with a discontinued dress. Abigail Bride thankfully had one left in stock and in my size! They placed it on hold till I returned back to try it on and I purchased it on the spot. They make you feel very special by placing your name on a letter board and placing it into the store window. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and I highly recommend looking at wedding dresses here!
