We visited this location after Covid in 2021 and had a wonderful experience. My kids raved about "the best ice cream in the world" to all who would listen. A few months ago, we made the trek again from sunny SC to Williams, AZ with my parents. Of course, we wanted to visit our fave, Oh Sweetie. Sadly, this visit was a fail. The abysmal employee ruined the visit with her negative and almost hateful demeanor. It was the polar opposite of our previous visit. At the insistence of the staff at our hotel, I contacted this business with feedback. The owner (I assume) answered back and apologized and even offered to send some free sweet treats to SC, when the online ordering was available. I came later in the evening and there was one worker in the whole store. She was so kind, helpful, and patient. I ordered the single scoop of pistachio ice cream. The serving size is very generous, I had a hard time finishing because there was so much! Y'all, if you so one thing in Williams, make sure it's a small trip to Oh Sweetie! You won't regret it. Best I've cream I've ever had. My family had the same reaction. It's a small little dessert shop in downtown, and you see everyone walking around with their cone. They have the most unique flavors, and not one disappointed. I ordered a scoop of Moose Fart (coconut, choc chips and graham cracker) and it was out of this world good. My mom ordered a scoop of carrot cake and you can literally see the chunks of carrot cake mixed into the ice cream. My sister ordered a scoop of brown sugar oreo and she was absolutely thrilled. FANTASTIC service and great fudge! My husband and I stopped in here on a whim while walking around Williams. We weren't planning on purchasing anything but the gentleman working was a phenomenal salesman... he offered us samples but we were hooked! SERVICE - I didn't catch his name but I believe he's the owner... he did a great job of engaging in conversation by asking where we were from, what brought us to the area, etc. We ended up getting some fudge after trying the samples even though that wasn't planned. PRICING - The total was $14.74 after tax and before tip for a peanut butter stuffed Oreo ($3), the fudge ($10), and a 3% service charge ($0.39). We ordered 1/8 lb of two different kinds of fudge which would be 1/4 lb total but were charged for two orders of 1/4 of fudge ($5 each). I didn't notice it until after we left so I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an honest mistake. CHOCOLATE COVERED OREO (9/10) - I mean, how can you go wrong by stuffing an Oreo with peanut butter and then covering it with chocolate? Absolutely delicious! It was sealed well in a bag so you don't have to eat it right away (although you'll definitely want to). BROWN SUGAR OREO FUDGE (8/10) - This was the flavor we sampled because it sounded unique... it was very good! The brown sugar definitely adds a different flavor but it pairs so well with the Oreo. I enjoyed this more than a standard "cookies and cream" (which they also have). PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE (7/10) - Very standard but delicious! The texture is great and the peanut butter flavor is strong but not overpowering. There just isn't much that's special about this one. We didn't try any ice cream but were offered samples of that as well... it did look delicious though! If you're looking for some sweet treats while in Williams, I'd recommend stopping by Oh Sweetie to either enjoy there in the shop or take with you. read more

We stopped in her after dinner. We were too full for ice cream, eventhough the brown sugar oreo sounded delicious. We opted for desserts for later. We grabbed a pecan turtle, a peanut butter cup, and a bag of chocolate pretzel bark. Absolutely worth it!! So delicious and large enough to share!
