They run around and do a good job. I chose Sauvignon blanc and enjoyed. I was torn about what to eat. One of the servers, Jason, recommended the octopus and the meatballs- so I said ok! The meatballs came out first. They were tender and had a nice lamb flavor. I liked the hummus a lot. The pita was cold and stiff, but I ate it. The octopus came out hot. It had a nice citrusy sauce. It was cooked perfectly. Apparently they poach it, I asked. I always want to make something like this but I have yet to actually do it. Jason did bring a basket of crusty bread for the sauce on the octptus but I ate a few pita triangles so I skipped the bread. After my wine and tapas, I closed my tab. I easily found the restroom near the stage. I had walked over, but they do have a small parking lot of front and there's another one across the street. They have an event on the last Tuesday of each month. They close the store for it. Call ahead to make a reservation. I just missed the Wagyu wine pairing this week. Oops. They have music most nights. GPS was of no use so I needed to call it get pin point directions from the Owner Paul. Turns out I was only 1/4 mile away. Score one for GPS. When we arrived I expected some faux French wine bar with $12 a glass samples. What I got was Mike from Lake of the Ozarks pouring homemade hooch. Turns out all of the wine is made on site using wine kits. There are plenty of offerings in red, white and fruit wines. Now Steven Spurrier would not have taken any of this stuff to The Tasting in Paris, but for $15 you get 4 generous pours of anything from an Italian Amorone to Zin's to Savy B ... you name it. And I would call the place Eclectic Sanford and Son on the interior. JK- it's very inviting inside. And for the adventurous, you can purchase a kit of any of the flavors and make your own stash of 30 bottles. Runs about $10 a bottle but you make it along with help from Paul of Mike, the aforementioned Ozarkian. And for an extra charge they will even make custom made labels for you. Overall, great place for a fun afternoon. Paul and Mike are good guys and Paul knows his wine. Enjoy!

The owner refused to give me a refund for the month ($48.15 for just me) - so I disputed the charge on my card and he rebutted it with I had the whole month to make up the tasting! Not a true statement - this guy has no clue how to run a business - so much for customer service - we will never step foot in the place again!!! Promise!!
