Two women and three girls! Venice Avenue was crowded on this gorgeous early evening. I had chosen this restaurant due to its great Gluten-free options and kids' menu. Wow--did it deliver on those with a most attentive server. This is classic Italian comfort food--and the GF versions were excellent. Especially the GF pizza and focaccia. I had the regular Lasagna with Bolognese and it was yummy! Yes, there may be a more "gourmet" fine dining Italian place down the street, but Made in Italy did a great Valentine's feast for us. The entire restaurant was packed and the vibes of love were everywhere! And the server was so sweet to our 6 year old twins and 4 year old sister! And BTW the cucumber skinny martini was fabulous!

I wish we'd eaten there because by the time we got home, it wasn't crispy anymore; but the combination of flavors, including the crust, was excellent. They even included sliced bread with oil & vinegar for dipping. We will definitely return on our next trip to Venice! Delizioso!
