It also hosts other civic groups like Kiwanas Club, ladies auxiliary groups for the veterans and others. Most not profit organizations can use the building for little or no costs. But the building can be rented for almost any use such as weddings, receptions, meetings, political groups, baby showers, birthday parties or any such thing. It has large and small rooms for rent, a full kitchen, chairs and tables to accommodate nearly 400 people, sound system, stage with lighting and curtains and restrooms. When I went to reserve after the weekend, they increased the pricing and when I called their attention to it, they said they never had that pricing (see screenshots). They asked for proof and when I provided their proof, I received two different responses of basically, 'too bad....and opps, we raised prices because of rent..." When I sent them screenshots of their ads after this conversation, they still didn't honor the price. When they declined a refund, I opted to forge ahead since I already paid for it. I never sent any notice saying I was cancelling. During this time, there was no email confirmation with, at the very least, an emergency contact number and the name of the person who would be there for this event (per their contract). On the day of the event, we arrived 90-minutes after our 4-hour block started. Whoever was supposed to be there, wasn't nor did they attempt to call me. They left. When I emailed she referred to me asking for a refund and saying she stayed for an hour. Last I knew, if someone pays for their block, it shouldn't matter when they come, it's their block of time. If she had called me before leaving, she would have found out that we would be arriving later during our block because of our conference starting at another location before arriving there for lunch and the remainder of them time. There was never a process to ensuring seamless communication and safety. If you're doing a wedding there, buyer beware! Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. Their pricing was way too low in my opinion, but their integrity and communication matched it.

Emily, our day of coordinator, was good to work with. We live in California so we had some requests that we felt were normal but for a Utah venue apparently were different. We had to have many discussions regarding the bar and dance floor but were able to work it out. We also requested to bring in a caterer that was not on their vendors list which was met with hesitation but they were able to agree to terms and now I believe this caterer will be working with Quiet Meadow in the future! One great addition to this venue is that it comes with it's own decorations so we spent very little on any extras. The reason this venue gets 4 stars and not 5 is the amount of time you get the facility. We only had it from 2-10 pm and I am not sure why we couldn't have accessed the premisses sooner. If they extend the time and are a little more lenient on the bar, then it is a 5/5!

She showed me how to refund the tickets through my email but as I went through the process I wasn't able complete the refund. I think it was due to the movie having already started. At this point I was getting a little frustrated. We were a group of eight and we had already missed the previews. I was literally going to purchase another $170 worth of tickets and figure out the refund later. She stepped in and made a decision that literally made everything better instantly! So, knowing that it's new and likely still working out some kinks, I wanted to provide a little feedback. Location-easy to get to, right off a main road in Spanish Fork. Parking-adequate for our group of maybe 250 people. Views-amazing! There are empty fields adjacent to this facility, so the mountain views are unobstructed. It makes for some lovely backdrops. Lighting- we were here during the late afternoon and early evening. There is tons of natural light. Plus, the white walls help keep things bright. Everyone looks terrific in their pictures-no harsh shadows. Gardens-pretty, but small. If you want lush gardens full of flowers, trees, bushes, etc-this has potential...in several years. But since it's new, so is the landscaping. Audio-this was rough. The inside is extremely echo-y, making it near impossible to understand when someone is talking in the mic. During the meal, it was also hard to talk to people at our table because it was so loud. This would be one area I'd strongly recommend they look into. Staff-I was a guest, so my staff interaction was limited. But I saw several folks with nametags refilling food, tidying up and checking on various things around the venue. They were always pleasant and professional. I hope to attend other events here in the future to see how this place progresses. I can tell that it's a labor of love and the folks who run it really care.

I know they have their job but they'd see we need/want to chip on and we had to wait for them to put the flag back in, or they'd sort of be in our way. We played the back nine, so that's maybe why they were there. Still, wish a worker would've told us that was the situation. At the same time, the mowers were very nice as well and even helped us find our ball. The course is well maintained and I love the golf club house. Really nice and modern. Parking is good, and there appears to be allot of cameras. So I'm going to assume security is up to par. The rooms.... Shower is great, but water could be a tad bit hotter.. and a little bit more pressure but that isn't the reason for a knock of a star.. I found a huge spider coming from under the fridge. And I mean huge, about the size of a half dollar. I don't know where it came from but it's dead now. Of all the hotels Iv been in, this is the first for me. The tv worked half the time; such as.. the screen would dim at the most random times where you could barely see the screen. Morning breakfast is normal, and decent. WiFi was actually amazing in my room.. got an average of 55 down/35 up.
