You walk into gorgeous room with a gas fireplace, which was beautifully decorated for the fall season when I arrived. It's definitely the perfect place for a wedding. The food at the event was tasty, and the staff was friendly, the GM was a super nice guy who kept asking if I needed anything. After the event, I went downstairs to check out the restaurant/bar. It sorta reminded me of a ski lodge, they had a fireplace, a comfy bar with seating for about 10-15, about 10-20 tables, all with wooden chairs with handles, and tons of windows with beautiful views of the golf course. The menu appealed to everyone as they have a page of bar specials, such as bar pizza, buffalo chicken, chicken tenders, etc. on one page and on the other page is a seasonal selection of meats, pastas, and seafood. I came in the fall and tried their tortelloni (homemade pasta) stuffed with butternut squash stuffing served with pine nuts in a creamy buttery sauce with pieces of fresh butternut squash, it was one of the best dishes I have ever had, OMG! So amazing, I just had to write about it. Highly recommended. It also came with a small tasty side salad. The waitress was super attentive and kept asking if we needed anything and the food came out in a timely manner. I did not order any desert, but the deserts did look very tasty and I was told they're all homemade. I did have an espresso to go for the ride home. Sadly, the country club is over an hour from me and I'm not a golfer, so I doubt I'll be back anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend it for a wedding, it's elegant, graceful, and grandiose, the food was very delightful, and the management was super nice.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly by all the staff members we met. Jeffrey, a manager, promptly offered us a drink in the newly renovated bar area. Steve, the barman, made perfect cocktails. While we socialized, yummy hor d'oeuvres were brought to us by such lovely servers. The Cobblestone Creek building has been beautifully redone and could host a number of different types of events of all sizes. F and I were also invited to join the members and guests in the dining room for dinner. The menu boasts a nice selection of starters, salads and entrees. Both F and I had huge salads. F had tuna steak with his and I added salmon. Everything was delicious. After dinner, everyone moved into a garden room for F's presentation. Coffee and an assortment of tasty desserts topped off the evening. Talking to the members, we discovered most live right on the property, where newly constructed homes are located on or near the golf course. Everything about Cobblestone Creek Country Club is top-notch. I hope we get a chance to come back for another visit.

They campaigned last year when we joined on being a family oriented club and had activities for kids like summer camps, golf camps, kids night, pool parties and kids club. The management has completely changed, not to mention going through 3 cooks, a golf pro and many others. The food offerings are limited also. You used to be able to order lunch on your golf cart and pick up at the outdoor Cafe, they closed that and now only have pre cooked sandwiches that are limited and often stale The dining area is only open a few nights a week and that is sub par at best. We want to leave but the club will not allow it stating the by laws, to request you resign only during the off season, and the communication is extremely poor from the management. Many people have left during the mid season in the past but now new management wished to pick and choose who can. I wouldn't recommend this place as they are more concerned about money and not communication to members, actually don't feel like a member at all as outside activities take priorities over members.

My favorite band was CC Coletti.. She sings with such passion and soulfulness. CC had the crowd on their feet dancing...CC's warm and charming personality, along with her powerful set of pipes, you can't help but be amazed.. CC was with the band MEATLOAF for years..Accompanied by CC was her lead guitar player Anthony Krizan formerly of the SPIN DOCTORS,in my opinion one of the best guitarist out there ..On the base was CC's husband TJ Jablonski. He brought so much rhythm, and soul to the group... Another band I throughly enjoyed was 10 Foot Tall.. This time there were 12 musicians. Luke Kessel was on base..They played blues, and jazz rock..Great musicians came together to form this band, including the Hopewell Horns and the Sirens Of Titan singers. Jim Ridl is a Jazz pianist, composer, and teacher residing in the New York City . He played with IVAM JAZZ ensemble of Spain..traditional pure blues music.. Christine Havrilla and her current band GYSPY FUZZ sang songs from the 70's, 80's, and 90's Rock. The crowd loved it! BWR ( Blue Wave Ramblers) This band was high energy, with some acoustical sounding bluegrass, rock and new wave mixed all together which forms "BLUEWAVE"...Billy Dominick (fiddle), Graham Ford (mandolin & guitar), Ray Duffy (banjo & guitar), Bob Sutor (banjo) and Dave Haneman (bass). Many of the musicians who performed together for this festival all knew each other ...This was definitely a kid friendly and family event for all ages.. It was an extremely hot day 98° so a blow up pool and misters under a tent were very helpful.. I found myself mesmerized by the sheer beauty that surrounded me..Great views of the sun setting, and a hot air balloon which passed by. In front was a large stage, there was plenty of room to dance, or walk around and for the children to play. Many people brought umbrellas and tents for shade.. I had homemade pizza by New World Pizza. Their Margherita pizza was fresh and delicious..I tried an empanada from the "Empanada Guy." He really made a nicely stuffed and crispy empanada.. I tried Kettle Corn from the Northeast Kettle corn company.. Boy! was that ever addicting... My friends ate BBQ from Oink n Moo BBQ . It looked great but I was too hot and stuffed to try it. To keep quenched I had beer from the 902 Brewing Company from Hoboken, and The Flounder Brewing Company both were very good.. Bottled water was definitely a must... It really turned out to be a lovely day.. There were smiles on everyone's faces including heat exhaustion.. By the end of the night it started to finally cool down a little.. This ain't no party, this ain't no disco and this ain't no foolin' around so unless someone else is paying, no way in hell I'm dropping $50+ a round. Harker's appears on GolfNow on a daily basis which depending on how you look at it, could be a good thing or a bad thing. Thursday 1pm tee-time for 18 with a cart for $22 and change? Yep! First the good. The course for the most part is actually in pretty good shape. Fairways are green and lush. Nice differentiated cut between the fairway and the rough and the greens are what you would expect. What's a little iffy? If you're not in the fairway or fairly close to it, a lot of holes have rock hard exposed dirt patches around/under/close to some of the trees that are impossible to hit off of (unless you want to break a shaft or fracture your wrist) or your ball will roll forever into the next fairway, etc. What's bad? Zero and I mean zero on pace of play enforcement. After 3 hours we got through a grand total of......11 holes. Multiple groups of 4+ people meandering and not giving a crap about anything but their own nonsense. We eventually went back to the beginning and played 1-4 and 8-9 before the cart had to get turned in. So....11 holes in 3 hours and then 6 more in an hour. Yeah, it was that painfully-disgustingly slow. Overall, sure, some of the cart paths ride and look like the government uses this place as bomb range from time to time and you will lose balls here without question with some of the hazards like the creek, trees and aforementioned brownout spots but.....if you can find them on GolfNow, the price is definitely right and you could do much worse at other area courses. (Sidebar, the hours that Yelp has listed I assume are for the onsite restaurant as the golf courses is open daily.)

Unfortunately, the wedding was indoors due to the weather, but nothing stopped my friends and I from having a fantastic time. The cocktail hour was phenomenal from bacon wrapped scallops, mini chicken tacos, cheesesteak egg rolls, pigs in a blanket, ahi tuna, grilled cheese and tomato soup, crab cakes, mini bbq brisket sandwiches, and more - definitely try them all and go for seconds! The main course started with a chicken noodle soup that was flavorful and light, a great way to start your meal. The dinner roll was fresh and different for each guest, but excellent. My main course was the salmon which came with a delicious cream sauce, mashed potatoes, and carrots. Naturally, my boyfriend got the steak (beef Wellington) with the same sides. The steak was cooked at medium and was perfect! Afterwards, there was a cheesesteak station with French fries prepared outside in the cocktail lounge for guests to get a second meal - excellent as well. It was a great time and highly recommend!

It is very attractive and well maintained. The room held our 300+ people comfortably. Tables of 12 filled the space with walking and chatting easily accomplished. Service was efficient and unobtrusive. The evening was designed for an abundance of public speaking (some would say too much, but what do you expect from a room full of pols?) The buffet spread was more than adequate from salad through dessert. Yet, such events are seldom about the food and much more about jazzing people up to work hard the next three weeks to get our slate of candidates elected on November 5th, and Keeping Bucks Blue and supporting the national ticket. The grub was better than rubber chicken, but I forget exactly what was on my plate. As you would expect the speakers did their jobs well. Three congresspeople started off the festivities, followed by the Governors of Delaware and Rhode Island. Our Lieutenant Governor also lit us up, as did an Under Secretary of the Army (a former congressman) and a couple of local pols with our State Senator as master of ceremonies. We were up out of our seats in shouted ovation multiple times. The Warrington held up well with minimal acoustic issues. We managed to party like it was already November 6. We knew that the Vice President had been in the neighborhood earlier in the day speaking at Washington Crossing Historic Park, and hoped she might make a surprise guest appearance to send us over the moon, but learned she had a date with Fox News for an interview. No doubt she would have had more fun with us. This was a pep rally in spades and white linen.

(Silly me, I always thought the whole point of a security deposit was to get the money back when it is no longer needed.). I am told repeatedly that I am on the list to get paid back when it is my turn, as there is a list. My dad passed away in 2013, and probably dissolved the relationship long before that, as he was ill. Yet, I still cannot get back this paltry amount of money (by their standards), yet they can waste millions each year redoing the interior decorating unnecessarily. It is fun for golf, and tennis, and a pool. Oh wait, you can get that for free anywhere huh? Don't waste your money, and trust me.. I know them well, there is money to be paid for everything from the food to the pro shop. and it is ALOT! The manager never answers the phone, so I am going to be going there in person with my probate lawyer (and I'll dress the way I want, not according to their dress code) in the upcoming weeks to get a copy of my fathers original paperwork, and potentially serve them with a lawsuit! Be aware that if you join, you will be lucky if your grandchildren are still alive to get your money back! They are probably hoping the heirs don't know or don't even remember. Don't waste your money, every service they have is free somewhere. And if you are thinking that because its a private club that you can play golf without a waiting period or anytime you want, think again. I can recall my dad always being angry about having to wait and schedule appointments just to play. Don't waste your money, if you want to show off your wealth, get a Ferrari instead. It'll be about the same price.

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending a wedding there and all I can say is wow!!! The service was impeccable and impressive to say the least. Not just the food that was provided being amazing but the staff was just beyond extraordinaire.. Every single one of them was cheery and made you feel like a special guest! Unbelievable I have been to many weddings in my life and have never experienced anything like it !! I highly recommend this place and heck I'd even consider getting married again just to have a wedding there! Kudos to the staff and the management team!!!
