The staff was super kind and professional! We worked with Tyler and Cathy when planning and Jules was our day of coordinator. They made the day so smooth and special for us and really went above and beyond. We were able to have a stress free day and soak in the best day of our lives. The food was great- my favorite was the bacon wrapped scallops, but you can't go wrong with anything here! We also loved the signature cocktails they made and our guests enjoyed having a full open bar. The venue is beautiful, modern and clean! The outdoor areas are stunning. We went with almost all of their recommended vendors; everyone worked so well together and it was a seamless day. A few things we wish we knew when booking here, but didn't affect our day: -Parts of the property outdoors had quite a few small/harmless bugs flying around. This wasn't a big deal and is expected in the summer time! The back half of the property had more than the ceremony area. You may want to bring a fan during pictures! We didn't notice it any of the other times we were at the venue, so it may not even be an issue for you. -The PR team shot some footage with a drone during our ceremony. My group had about 150 people in attendance and everyone fit in the room well and we weren't stacked on top of each other! We also had a sweetheart table with our personal bartender, bride AND groom suite for both of us to get ready, and an accomodating staff. The only hiccup was that they forgot our cake topper but after contacting the baker (which is an outside bakery Bucks Club uses) they IMMEDIATELY sent a person to bring the cake topper well in time before we cut the cake. I would STRONGLY recommend using this site for any special occasions and be sure to ask for Joseph.

I am not one to provide reviews, as everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but yesterday (Labor Day) was so bad, that we need to convey the message. To pay $178.00 for 2 people and get the conditions that The Bucks Club is currently in, is bad. 90% of the bunkers were mud, and unplayable. I get it, we have had plenty of rain the last 2 weeks, but the last time it rained was last Wednesday night (5 days ago), and yet the bunkers were not groomed. The tee boxes for the most part had very little grass, with the exception of the first hole. We got paired up with two young guys who thought that they were on a driving range, hitting multiple balls, but more importantly had no golf etiquette. They would hit their drives and speed off before we hit. We mentioned it to them on the second hole but that didn't matter. Throughout the course of the round, the ranger would just sit and watch, never saying anything to the young guys. I don't think it is our place to police this behavior, but it is the job of the ranger to engage them. With all of the above, we waited to hit every shot on every hole for 18 holes. Not sure what the holdup was, but it was extremely slow ( a 5-hour round). We won't be coming back to The Bucks Club any time soon!

Great Course. I was invited by a good friend who is a member. This is a private Club. I have played…read morethe Course a few times in the past. It has undergone some major changes in landscape. They have removed hundreds of trees opening up the Course and providing more wide open vistas, especially from the clubhouse terrace. The view from the Clubhouse veranda is fabulous. You can see the LuLu Clubhouse, a neighboring Club, in the distance. The original trolley is still operational. It takes your bags and you up to the Clubhouse from the 18th & 9th greens while caddy's take the carts around up the long winding cart paths. All very quant and old timey. The layout is challenging with many changes in elevation and some very challenging greens. The greens are impeccable although I remember them being even faster. The rough was a bit harsh. Very easy to lose your ball if you do not keep your tee shot on the fairways. A bit windy on our day otherwise conditions were perfect. We never felt pushed and never caught up to any group in front. Caddy master explained they space each group 15 minutes apart. Very nice and quite a change from the 5-7 minute spacing at some public Courses. The staff are wonderful. Friendly, accommodating and always ready to assist. We had a bite to eat after the round. The food is higher end Country Club. Playing here is a real treat as I no longer have a private club membership myself. If you can get on the Course I highly recommend it. Mark.

They campaigned last year when we joined on being a family oriented club and had activities for kids like summer camps, golf camps, kids night, pool parties and kids club. The management has completely changed, not to mention going through 3 cooks, a golf pro and many others. The food offerings are limited also. You used to be able to order lunch on your golf cart and pick up at the outdoor Cafe, they closed that and now only have pre cooked sandwiches that are limited and often stale The dining area is only open a few nights a week and that is sub par at best. We want to leave but the club will not allow it stating the by laws, to request you resign only during the off season, and the communication is extremely poor from the management. Many people have left during the mid season in the past but now new management wished to pick and choose who can. I wouldn't recommend this place as they are more concerned about money and not communication to members, actually don't feel like a member at all as outside activities take priorities over members.
