I kindly asked if it could be remade or replaced with something else, but the staff declined and told me in a very condescending way I'd need to pay again if I wanted a different drink. Which is fine, a simple apology would have also worked. That was disappointing on its own, especially since this has been one of my favorite coffee shops and I've brought plenty of friends, neighbors, and even visiting family here to support the business. What truly drops this review to one star, however, was the shocking response I received from one of the employees. She cussed me out, yelled, flipped me off, threatened to call the cops on me, and screamed for me to never come back--all while I had my baby with me. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a business. I can only hope the owner reviews the cameras from this incident and takes the matter seriously. Sadly, I will no longer be returning or recommending this café to others.

It was my first time and the server was incredibly kind and patient. Upon hearing that it was my first time, she even gave me a coupon for a free second drink! I do agree that the prices are a little steep, a 16-ounce pumpkin mocha cost $5. However, it was worth the splurge. The pumpkin mocha was delicious, filling, sweet and rich. In addition, each coffee is served with a complimentary cookie that compliments the drink quite nicely. I am looking forward to returning and treating myself in the future to this wonderful coffee shop for not only friendly service but quality coffee as well!
