Walt, the owner is exceptional; he shows passion in everything he does and it's clear he cares deeply about his establishment. I have enjoyed several different coffee drinks. The two I'd highlight as perhaps the most original offerings in town are the Quest Coffee Latte (it's made with protein powder) and the hot nitro brew. I personally love the hot nitro. As far as food and snacks, they always have excellent locally sourced goods. I believe they pulling treats from Mama Inez, a local Hispanic bakery and also Scones and Doyles (European bakery). The final highlight I'll mention is the space; it's huge! This coffee shop sits across two store fronts. One side gives study room/university vibes, while the other is more of a traditional shop. Lots of plants, has lots of places to sit and sip your coffee, there's a puzzle on a table that everyone can work on, cool mosaic above the door, and has some cool art pieces on the wall.
