My original review detailed my experience with bed bugs and roaches that showed up after 2 years of living here that they did not deal with (and repeatedly denied) as well as the major build quality issues (inside and outside). I lost a lot of money due to the pest issue, as well as was forced to move out (I chose not to renew my lease due to the ongoing bug issue that management frequently ignored or would not help me with--and I paid rent every month despite the apalling conditions), and throw away so many of my belongings or have them treated in a storage unit. I reached out to corporate as well due to the pest issue and didn't even receive an apology :( I hope no one lives through the nightmare I experienced. I'm happy to say over a year later, I am completely in the clear. I just had to move out of my apartment at Innovation Center, spend several hundred dollars on pesticides, throw away several thousand dollars of furniture, spend several weeks carefully moving all my things into storage and not touching them or removing them from their bags for several months, lots of money on dry cleaning and still sometimes have nightmares about it. you can move away from ugly walls and loud neighbors and bad management but unfortunately--bed bugs and roaches are hard to escape. And having all of those at the same time--well that's something I don't recommend :)

The grounds are always well maintained. The apartment is relatively new and in good condition. They even plowed the parking lot and sidewalks when we had an expected amount of snow this winter. I grew up in snow and rarely have I seen apartment complexes plow the snow away. We would've been skiing around on sheets of thick ice if they hadn't kept up with the plowing. The management is great! Our new managers came about 6 months after I moved in. I've often stopped by the office to chat and catch up. They have always been friendly and helpful. When my air conditioning broke they had someone here to fix it quickly. They also hold regular community events. The majority of the people here are quiet and respectful which definitely helps make it a nice place to call home.
