I've only started tanning about a year ago, and I've only gone to Cooper Tan! So far, I have been satisfied with my membership here ! Sometimes i might have to wait for a bed, but it's no big deal because they always have good music playing ! The tanning rooms are also kept very clean! Billing problems since DAY 1!! I cancelled my membership 2 years ago, and all of a sudden I started receiving text message that my "payment" didn't go through on my credit card. When calling the location (there is no contact phone number for any corporate level at all) the ditzy girl on the phone said the manager would call back. No call, of course. 3 days later call and speak to the manager that says I never cancelled my account and that I have been charged 5$ a month up until last month and now it's not going through.. LIE!! I have not been charged since august of 2016 and now all of a sudden they are trying to charge me for a membership i cancelled 2 years ago. Samantha, the bitchy manager says I never cancelled my membership and that I should email her my bank statements to prove I wasn't being charged every month. Then claimed there is no other person to speak to but her. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!! THIS PLACE IS F**** UP!!!! read more

from moving down from Ny and originally being a customer (from notice of a groupon)to an employee for about 5 weeks this place is a joke ! i left this horrific place due to ITS A SCAM ! & sexually harassed infront of my boss (20 yrs old manager influencing a customer to pursue me into their marriage)plus body shamed by the employees ! customers dont realise there is NO SUCH thing as corporate & once any banking info is in the system THERES NO WAY OUT AT ALL PLUS THE BULBS AND MACHINES ARE OLD (maintence does nothing he is useless and been there too long ) theres no such way to get out or "u have to contact your bank to have the funds stop for copper monthly plan and fees (some customers has bills keep growing from 600$ ) ! the original staff is extreamly unprofessional, they are all under 24 yrs old including the manager always talking bad or gossiping about all the customers even one transitioning , making horrible login comments about some customers & even accepting frisky tips from the back spray tan rooms ! STAN THE OWNER is a cheap fraud ! Love the Boynton Copper Tan the most. It is HUGE and has a ton of different beds. I am an avid spray tanner and have sprayed at other tanning salons that I like a little more than Copper Tan's...but the different level beds, the awesome lotion specials, and the cleanliness of this particular store is great. The staff is also helpful and knowledgeable. Love coming here! read more

Copper tan is always good when I go. They have tons of specials which makes it a great place to tan affordably. I really like the atmosphere there and it's always really clean. The staff is very helpful which is good when your a new client and have tons of questions. I have been to all of their locations except 2 and and have been very pleased at the way their staff treats the clients. I always receive compliments about my tan. Everyone says it looks amazing. I feel so much better since I have been tanning. If your looking for a place to tan in great beds , copper tan is my recommendation. read more

I signed up for a 4 month membership for sunless tanning and the sunless machine is terrible!! I have used it 4 or 5 times and either it didn't get me tan or it tanned be darker on one side than the other. They kept saying they fixed it but the results so far have been terrible. I'm in the process of trying to cancel and get my money back. Not sure how people would continue sunless tanning if one side comes out darker than the other it happened to me twice out of the 5 times I have gone. read more

They keep charging your CC and when you try to cancel they need 3 weeks so they can charge you again. It didn't take them 3 weeks to get my money why do I have to be charged for another month?? Horrible Policy!!! Been to multiple locations not sure Delray or West Palm clean the beds real well. read more

Stay away from this place. They make you sign a contract. I went 4 times to tan and it cost me 100 dollars. The staff is very rude. I did not want to go back ever. They had my debit card on file and literally you cannot get out of the contract without giving 60 days so your stuck paying 45 per month for 2 months, even if you do not want to go. They are now calling me over and over again stalking me for their money. I had to cancel my debit card. I called 2 months ago to cancel this contract and they NEVER did. I think 100 dollars to ruin my day 4 times is more than enough. They gave me a free month and a free spray tan because their front desk staff was very rude. I went into the spray tanning machine it sprayed me in my eyes and turned my hands orange wow just what I wanted! The girl that brought me back was too busy trying to flirt with some guy than to explain how to use the machine. Then when she left the area she literally mocked me and I heard her.. This place is just a nightmare!!! Stay away there are too many tanning salons to use or just go in the real sun we are in Florida! read more

The beds are old, the staff is rude. I used to go to Boca Tanning Club at this location and I loved it. They switched locations with Copper tan (gross) and I told them I did NOT want my membership to switch over to Copper Tan. I was told this wasn't a problem. The first month no charge came through, second month a charge came through from Copper Tan. I called them and they told me I had to come in and cancel and they couldn't give me a refund and maybe call/email corporate. I called and emailed corporate for a week before they answered me. They won't refund me, but they'll give me a STUPID credit that I DON'T WANT. I told them I NEVER authorized them to charge my card...doesn't matter. Everyone I spoke to has been rude. Oh did I mention that I never stepped foot into this location once it became Copper Tan? I went to the new location for Boca Tanning Club off of Lyons the first week to see how the drive would be and it was before they had their beds and we had to use the Copper Tan beds. No color, it was dirty, and the beds looked like they were going to fall apart. I am SO annoyed. I have been tanning for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience with a company up until now.
