Like others said here, the officious and rude people who work for this company will treat you like the scum of the earth, even though as a rental tenant you are the one that provides the money that makes their business work. You might think they could be kind and provide friendly service on that basis, but in fact they reserve all the courtesy they can muster for the property owners. Their nothing left for tenants except suspicion, scorn, and deceptive practices like advertising a gas fireplace in the unit I rented, then after I signed a contract telling me I had to pay $500 to make the fireplace work. That money would have built equipment that would have belonged to the owner. Nunamaker told me I could have a hot tub at the property, that the owners only wanted to see a description and a diagram of the installation by a licensed electrician. I went to the trouble and expense of transporting my tub in Idaho to Hood River based on that assertion. Then I had two electricians come to the house and give me estimates and descriptions of their proposed work. I prepared a report and submitted it to the owners and was told the owners no longer wanted a hot tub installed at their property. Nunamaker did not even ask the owners for an explanation. They could care less. That fiasco cost me $8000. I won't even get into the the ridiculous charges they levied on me to reduce my property deposit return. You can read about that practice in other reviews here. If you love abuse, sign with Nunamaker. They will never let you forget how despised and lowly you are compared to their golden owners.

Looking forward to a continuing the relationship.

She is professional, responsive, and knows the area like no other. She will give you unbiased and comprehensive advice and support you throughout the process. Tonya helped my husband and I purchase a home in Stevenson. Let me share some examples of Tonya going above and beyond. 1. When I first called Tonya, I caught her on a camping trip. She not only responded to my call but even stopped by a house we were interested in on her way home! 2. She went to see multiple homes on our behalf when my husband and I couldn't get away and walked us through homes on video chat. 3. When we saw the perfect home that was extremely overpriced, Tonya convinced the selling agent to talk to his clients about a more realistic number. We purchased a home thousands of dollars below listing price and inline with comps. 4. We tacked on a land sale which created some additional complexity. Tonya and the loan officer navigated us through the process like pros! All in, we couldn't be more impressed (and trust us, we can be tough customers). You will not go wrong with Tonya as your realtor.

She showed up with all the paperwork ready, asked all the right questions, immediately placed the sign in the yard and the box on the door. By nightfall, she had completed an excellent online listing with great photos. By the next night she had showed the property twice and my Mother had accepted an offer. She assisted my Mother in handling any items that needed done during the sale process and the entire transaction was completed in well under 2 months! I don't know how anyone could have done it better.

I would give this company a zero if I could. I have never felt so discriminated against and…read moredisrespected. My experience with Connie has been horrific. I jumped through hoops to get immunizations shots, for my service dogs, and proof that they were service dogs, along with pics! I had to do all of these things before I could even look at this home!! I also had help, from WGAP, to pay rent ,for a year lease, and that was sent to Con, by email. You would think that with everything going on,with COVID, an owner would be happy to get guaranteed rent. Besides the fact, I am a good tenant! When Connie arrived she got out of the car ,with a nasty attitude, and refused to even speak to me, or say hello, until she got half way in the yard. I should of known better when I noticed, on the phone, that she had an attitude! I responded by saying, "You don't have to show me the place if you don't want to, I can look elsewhere." I was also shocked that her company was asking me for 500 dollars "each" for my service animals, and 20 dollars, per dog, for a pet fee each month. This is illegal!! Moving forward, She told me that she was taking application fees, from several people, and couldn't tell me what order I was in, or how far along others were in the application process. She also told me how people were stealing things on the property, behind the house, I was looking at. I actually began to think she was doing everything she could to convince me or dissuade me from considering this property. I then thought, "surely, I must be wrong". Why would she do that? I followed her back to her office to give her money, for a background check, and of course they all of a sudden didn't take cash and I had to get a 50 dollar money order. This was on a Thursday, on January 21. My credit was checked that day, at 11 am, and I realized that it didn't go through. I got a notice, from Experian, that I forgot to unblock my credit, and my credit couldn't be checked. I called her back and she said she would reach out to someone to see if I only had to pay for half, since they got the other two credit companies. It took her 27 hrs to get back to me, which was Friday, at 3:30, the next day. She told me the credit check would just be 25 more dollars. I was driving when she got back late and had to wait the whole weekend, until Monday, to get in touch with her. I would try to communicate with her many times in emails and my emails were IGNORED, prior to this day, and afterwards. On Monday, I called her again and she ran my credit on Monday,at 11, and crickets. Then Tuesday goes by and crickets. I called some of my references and they were told that they gave me great reviews on Tuesday and Wednesday comes around and crickets. Finally, I had enough of this. I emailed Connie at 4:30, Weds eve., and said I feel that this is not the right fit and it is causing me a lot of anxiety and that I felt uncomfortable because of the unprofessionalism from her and the people at her company. Her response was Sorry, you feel uncomfortable but, I told you we were screening several applicants. I would be happy to send your screening results. I asked for the results and if they were denied and didn't get ANYTHING from her.Crickets. This just angered me even more. Something is seriously wrong with people who act like this. I am really considering suing this company. How amazing that after endless emails and phone calls she was unavailable until I said I had enough of this garbage!!! By the way, I didn't get ANYTHING from this lady about my credit check. Nothing They totally SCREWED me over, they discriminated against me and they are UNETHICAL. I am going to speak to a lawyer and reach out to the ADA about their unlawful practice. If I have to, I will SUE them out of principal. I had zero response as to what my background said. STAY FAR AWAY from these people!!! They talk to you badly and look down on you like your trash if you have any help from the government. Apparently, It doesn't matter that I am a substitute teacher, at two different schools and the schools were shut down. I am considering suing them for discrimination and refusing to provide me with any information after taking my application money TWICE. By the way, I saw another review from an gentleman stating that Oak Street hotel and gorge rentals were the same and Oak Street hotel said they weren't and they are! This company is lying. The second time I had my credit run for gorge rentals it was processed through Oak Street hotel and is listed on my bank card as a transaction with them. I definitely never stayed at Oak Street hotel!

While this realtor did eventually sell our house at the 11th hour, (at a highly discounted price)…read moreshe certainly did not ease our way. She continually did nothing to market our home creatively other than put it on the RMLS & hold an open house. She constantly would waste our time with long lengthy "potential offers" with nothing in writing. She continually wanted us to drop our price although our price was below market value. It was as if she was working for the buyer or the buyer's agent, not us, the Sellers. Her communication was terrible, unprofessional, and at one point, she complained she might have to sell her own house as she wasn't selling anything. She was rude when I was sick and lost my voice & told me "just answer the phone, I will talk." We couldn't wait for this 6 month contract to end. We do not recommend her.
