That manufacturer can not be reached via phone. They did respond to my email stating, "I"m sorry that the rack does not fit your car", which means the rack does not fit my car. Proline Products expects me to pay return shipping which is $101. When someone buys a product and that product does not work as advertised, that product should be returned and not at the cost of the consumer. Apparently, this is how Proline Products consistently does business.

I traveled to the Galapagos islands in 2018, and had a terrible experience with the snorkel gear that I was using. I was having a very hard time having my nose plugged and it was causing me a panic, and therefore I did not enjoy the snorkeling experience. It turns out that now full face masks are now a thing - and New England Dive had plenty of good options! They were reasonably priced and the person assisting me took them out of their packaging so that I can really see how they worked. I left the store with a new snorkeling mask, confident that this experience was going to go much smoother - and it did! I'm so grateful that I found this mask. The store is huge, even though it looks kind of small from the outside, and their inventory is huge. I visited Cabela's and a couple of other sports stores, but none had this particular style of mask.

I also needed to attach a bike rack hitch to the back of the car. Dylan was nice over he phone and had me come in & took the bike, looked at the car, made suggestions for installing the hitch receiver, and made me feel comfortable for being a novice getting back into riding at 68 years old! He also found a used bike rack that worked great and saved me money. He watched me ride and adjusted the seat height to my satisfaction. Great bike shop. Very friendly and also very knowledgeable. Had to wait a couple weeks behind customers ahead of me, but he was honest about it and pretty accurate about timing. Great to be out biking again and know that there is a Nice and knowledgeable shop to support me.

After asking around, the other option was a well-known name, just not by me lol. They also carry socks, gloves, shirts, and many accessories needed for running and other physical activities.
