Online Buyers, Be Aware My experience with this store involved poor communication, inaccurate information, and repeated difficulty canceling my order. Before placing the order, I contacted the store to confirm that the item was in stock. I received an immediate response stating that it was available, so I placed the order that same day. After approximately a week and a half with no updates, I emailed the store requesting the order status but received no response. After calling multiple times over several days, I finally reached a representative who told me the item would ship that day and that I would receive an update. No shipment confirmation or follow-up was provided. I then emailed a request to cancel the order, but again received no response. When I eventually reached another representative by phone, my cancellation request was refused. I was told the warehouse was delayed and that the item would ship that day. Once again, nothing shipped, and the order status was not updated. The item was finally shipped about one month after I placed the order--and it was shipped directly from the manufacturer. This left me questioning why I had originally been told that the item was in stock. Scott, the owner, has horrible customer service skills, is extremely defensive, and doesn't follow through with rectifying issues. Only 1 out of 3 orders was a positive experience. Scott is dismissive, defensive, and has zero customer service skills. He is quick to blame the customer and/or their bike. They take one week to package and ship so it takes two weeks from the time of order to receive something on the West Coast. Maybe that was acceptable 20 years ago but not today lol. If you have a question or there's an issue they either ignore you or are dismissive. Stay away--their website is antiquated, their customer service is nonexistent, and I honestly can't think of one good thing to share. And ALL the motor cycle stores have in stock, except MOTO D RACING??? I've never experienced such poor customer service. The item described on the website listing was vauge and made it seem like the item would work for my application. We'll, it didn't, the guy I emailed about it had an attitude from the start and basically called me dumb for not knowing it wouldn't work and told me I should have called if I had questions, well guess what, I did try calling and nobody answered the phone (yes it was during business hours). Stay far away from Moto-D. I got an IRC quickshifter and auto blipper from them. It was defective. after jumping through hoops with them and trying to get the unit to work, I finally told them that the unit is broken and it needs to be fixed. Scott told me to take the unit out and send it to Italy! So I did. after paying $100 to have the unit shipped to Italy I was then told I had to pay another $80 for IRC Italy to get the unit out of customs! All of this is under warranty and I'm still paying out of pocket for something that was broken when I bought it. This is a horrible company to do business with. Don't order a suit here. Suits have different cuts and often don't fit. Unlike their competitors they charge a 15% restock and you have to pay for shipping. I bought $1,000 suit that didn't fit and it ended up costing me $200 after shipping and restocking. It would have cost me nothing if I bought from SBTG. I called to ask Moto D to to waive the restock since the suit was returned with tags and even in the plastic. I didn't get my money for a month and still had to pay the restock. I thought this would be good online store to purchase quality aftermarket parts for my bikes and it didn't work out well. On their website they advertise everything is in-stock when in reality that is not the case, so make sure you double check over and over because when it comes to cancellation it is a huge hassle to deal with them. I just purchased a Moto D undersuit and socks. I purchased them from Justin at the Parts Club. I've been using underarmour under my leathers for years. I had a few complaints with it. First, it wasn't always cooling. I mean if you just sit in the pits with your UA stuff on, you bake. Getting off the bike was basically; off the bike, warmers on, get out my underarmour. The Moto-D suit wasn't bad, I wore it with shorts during lunch and setting up for and ran a TC in them in nearly 95* temps. I wore the socks all day even. I was really impressed with the products. I'm going to buy two more pairs of socks even. The other side to the purchase, I came home from work after racing all weekend. Emailed Moto-D to confirm washing instructions (I'm a guy, cut me some slack). Even after 5:00, I got an email back within ten minutes. Good deal! read more

I have been racing for years and use MotoD tire warmers, they never let me down and on cooler days. when chicken hawks were failing to produce enough heat, my motoDs were doing the job and getting my tires to 175 degrees. I also use their Easi-Grip tank grips on my 2015 R1 and they help a lot grabbing the bike with my knees. my bike is always on their track mat, and avoids, working in the elements when swapping wheels/tires. as I said, great products, competitive prices, and amazing customer support for track day/ racers. good job motoD! read more

They are nice looking tire warmers but on my 3rd track day usage they died. Part of what I liked abut them was their warranty. However it has been over 2 months now and I still have not received my tire warmers back $450+ for a set of tire warmers and I really would have expected better customer service. I am hoping I will be able to improve my rating at that I just had an isolated bad experience, but as of right now, I would not recommend them and do not recommend them to other track people I ride with...
