I also scheduled regular pest control spraying and Steven came right on time, sprayed inside and out for my first treatment and was also efficient and pleasant. Finally, I had asked Treavor about replacing the vapor barrier under the house, and Josh arrived on time, did a thorough job and was so pleasant to deal with. So what was my impression? I called late on a Monday (near closing time) but the were still able to schedule me the very next morning between 8am and 10am. David arrived around 9am and was done by just before 11am. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to both treat the nest and dig it out of the ground despite the aforementioned boulder being in the way.

They also get all the feces out of the attic and basement/crawl space and replace with white fluffy insulation in the attic. If you have a roof that is allowing the animals in, they work with you to get the roof properly repaired. We have been in the our current house since 2015, and all the rats the previous owners left us (not spotted by the inspector!) are all gone. The only thing they ever said to us they could not take care of was a light infestation of the field mice frour local park across our street, so we bought mice traps and stopped leaving the cat food out all day long, and the mice went away.

It was the lifetime warranty that I thought was worth it. However, since that time I have called them maybe 5 times and -yes, it's true, they're warranty is real. ABG may be the best investment I ever made. They are completely honest and they do very good work. We recently had a severe storm in Cumming GA and I had roof and gutter damage. In my case, I wouldn't have known they did that kind of work except the contractor who came by to provide an estimate also showed up during an ABG visit (I had heard noises in my ceiling and I called them to check the builders' gap). The contractor was just more than I could afford so I asked Sean if ABG did that sort of work and yes(!) they do. ABG did an amazing job at such a completely fair price. I just hope more people use them and also discover what a great company they are, right here in north Georgia.
