No phone call was made to me to apologize or make me aware of this change. Now I have missed a days worth of work and my house was not serviced. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past hour and no one is picking up the phone. I have left a message and I have yet to receive a call back.

If they are untruthful about one thing, how can you count on them being truthful about everything else? My first annual inspection to renew the existing termite bond was due June 2025. Arrow sent out their termite inspector who seemed through in inspecting my residence finding no issues. Four days after he left I had occasion to go up into my attic where he had been. The first thing I noticed was that the pole used to pull the attic stairs down from the ceiling had the hook bent like it had been forced at an odd angle. Upon getting the stairs down I found that the insulation surrounding the attic stairs was seriously ripped and torn like somehow the technician had forced the stairs ripping the surrounding stair insulation. The insulating cover for the stairway also had a rip, ap[proximately 3 feet long. There is no way that the Inspector did not know what he had done, but no word about this damage damage was conveyed to me. I am seriously considering transferring to a different service as arrow has my Pest Service as well as Termite Bond.

I contacted A and A Critters who referred us to their pest division, Matt's, about an insect…read moreproblem. Matt himself responded right away and I was able to quickly get an appointment. We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service.
