Chris came out the afternoon on the day we called about our carpenter ant issue. He recognized the problem, offered a solution and did the treatment that evening using a silicon material injected in the wall and attic space. Problem gone! No evidence from that day forward of their wood dust debris. Of note another company had been called first. They diagnosed the problem, then set a date two weeks later to "treat the window sills', which would have done nothing to actually destroy the colony." He cleaned away cobwebs outside also. I hired this company. I thought I could trust Chris, the exterminator and owner. I was very wrong. We had bedbugs that Chris said he could get rid of for us. We paid him $1400.00 with the expectation he would keep his word. He did 5 treatments. A month and a half ago they showed themselves again. I called Chris several time to come out for an inspection. He never returned our calls. I called his wife requesting a call from him. Still no response! I called Terminex. They were at our house in two days. The inspector "gave" us poison to kill the bedbugs and a week later came out again to inspect again. If ever I need an exterminator I will NOT call Pyrex Pest Control and I recommend yyfo your research. I failed to mention that he had an advance in pay with the intent we would receive monthly exterminating. I never received that service much less return my money. read more
