On the other hand, the course still has much room for improvement and is now, 2026, charging fees like it is Manakiki (Cleveland Metroparks course that is in a completely different league in all respects). The driving range is a welcome asset, but at some point, it needs to generate enough revenue to pay off its capital cost and then, contribute to overall course finances.

Even due to Covid I still didn't have to wait. Every other bay is shut down due to social distancing. Being right off the highway makes it easy to get to as well. My only recommendation would be to upkeep the grass bays and to have l multiple size plastic tee inserts in the plastic practice mats. The grass bays had a good amount of sand put down and lacked a good amount of grass. Other than that, I really enjoyed this range.

For this experience, I took the day off of work to check out the range and eat lunch before a long weekend of golf. I noticed on their website that each bay had a computer system that tracked your ball on top of the several options/settings that you have the ability to control. I was excited to check this out since the last time I was here they didn't exist. Unfortunately, only half of the bays had working trackers so I wasn't able to use the functions. For lunch I decided to get a pepperoni pizza. The quality of the pizza wasn't the greatest. It tasted like it was bought from the freezer section of a gas station and put in the microwave to cook. Since it was raining a good amount I wasn't able to use the outdoor range. If you are looking to check out this range on a weekend or after standard business hours you will most likely need to wait. In the meantime, there is a full bar and entertainment system inside that has plenty of seating for you while you wait for an available spot to hit some golf balls.

I was told the range was closed because they had a HS tournament the next day and had no one to pick up the balls that evening. I know in 2023 it's hard to get people to work so hate to ding them too much but it was a huge inconvenience leaving lots of down time awaiting my buddy. Pace of play on front was flying. Slowed quite a bit on back put the group in front had 3 and one dropped off, we jumped in with the 2 left and they eventually left too. The TOTAL time was good so it worked out ok. Lastly, I contacted someone named Mark about outings and email list. I got one 6 letter sentence, no salutations, no closing and no follow up to my follow up to the questions. Guessing sales and customer service aren't a strong suit. Everyone else I interacted from the course throughout the day were all relatively pleasant so that's the important thing. I still will go back for sure because the condition is excellent, greens rolled nice and it's just a cool course.
