I was in Cleveland this week on business and had the opportunity to play the Legacy Course yesterday with a 7:30 a.m. tee time--my first round of golf in Ohio. It was a fantastic experience, and I wanted to commend your team. From the pro shop staff to the snack bar team and outside services, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What stood out most was how genuinely happy they seemed to be in their roles, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I didn't get any names, but I wanted to ensure their efforts were recognized. Please extend my appreciation to the entire staff for creating such a positive and memorable experience. As an out-of-towner, I felt truly welcomed, and I can confidently say I'll be back the next time I'm in the area.

They don't bother you and don't go out of their way to impress you. That being said, it's one of those converted-cow-pasture type courses without any elevation changes or impressive landscaping. For what it is, it's pricey. They offer a season pass, but it'll run you $800 (walking) or $950 (with a cart). They rely on their location and lack of local competition to charge a considerable amount more than comparable courses in a 20-30 minute travel. If you're short on time and nearby, this is your place. If you have some time or are considering making a trip to visit this place, maybe skip it.

As my friend and I were checking in, there was a slight mix up as I mistakenly booked the wrong date on Golf Now. Luckily the course was able to accommodate us and allow us to play, provided we pay the difference. For this reason, we were grateful. The service at the concession was on par with our overall experience - very good. The prices were what you would expect for a busy country club. The course in general was in very good shape. It was obvious the course had been around for a long time and continues to replicate success. The only reason I do not give Springvale an outright 5/5 is due to the customer service that the starter gave to my friend and I. While everything else was perfect, he was rude and cut me off while talking multiple times. Even though I had only interacted with him for a total of 2 minutes he was, without reason not polite at all to us. TLDR: Overall, the course is great. I highly recommend it to anyone, but the starter on the day that I played was very rude.
