Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Had parts stolen off of my truck while it was in for warranty work, only to be told it's my responsibility because they park their service vehicles on a public lot. They also were unable to remedy the original issue that brought the truck in to begin with. This place is a nightmare from the service department all the way up to management. We had several unexpected issues with the vehicle that we purchased from them, and the team at Copple was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was repaired and in perfect condition for us. Don from the service department made several trips up to our home in Bellevue to check the vehicle and pick it up/drop it off for servicing and he was so kind and helpful. Mark, the sales representative that helped us was also wonderful to work with. The sales experience was zero pressure and he stayed involved throughout the entire service process to make sure we were being cared of. We purchased a used vehicle in May 2023. We had a horrible experience and want to tell people to be aware. The car was to come with 2 key fobs, we got one and were promised the other as they had to order it. It has been 3 months and when we call to see where it is, we get the run around. Still no 2nd key fob. When they pulled in to finalize the sale there was a huge dent on the passenger side that wasn't there when we purchased it an hour before, after speaking with them they agreed to fix it and get us a loaner (the loaner made it to our house and sat there as it needed a new battery or whatever, so when the car was fixed it came back with 4 different tires, 4 brands. I wrote to the owner over 2 weeks ago and....nothing. It really was sad as my parents used to but vehicles all the time from them. Thanks Brandon Copple, we no longer send people your way. read more

I dont live to far from Copple but I have never heard good things from anyone. I decided to give them a fair shot and decide for myself. I showed up during the week after work maybe around 530. Inside I was greeted by a nice gal and she had a couple sales guys ready to assist. I had done my home work and had decided to buy a high country chevy or a denali gmc sierra. They sell both so I thought perfect I can see both and make my decision. I was able to drive both and park them by each other which was nice to compare in person. They didnt have the exact color and interior of the one I wanted. The salesman took my business card last week and said he would find one and let me know asap. Here we are 5 days later and no contact. I assumed he must of moved on to better things and gave my 50k to woodhouse. Which is a very pleasant place to deal with btw. Beware-- These people will put anything on an ad and tell you exactly what you want to hear just to get you to buy a car. I was ready to sign the papers, but had to ask for the carfax report (they did not offer). Turns out they had been lying about the history of the car on their ads, over the phone, and in person. NO INTEGRITY/HONESTY - - DO NOT GO TO COPPLE - when purchasing a used vehicle. In December I purchased a 2007 Ford Escape from them: a. Yes, I test drove it (on curvy, very bumpy roads) b. I specifically asked the salesman, Mark, I believe (numerous times) if there was anything wrong with this vehicle - Answer: Our guys have checked it out (nothing else said) little did I know . . . . *Omission is not a "Free Card" with me. c. I broke my own rule and did not have it inspected by my personal mechanic (MY BAD!!) d. We started at "just looking at the numbers" and before I knew it I was signing papers for the loan (yes, I got caught up in needing the car pretty quickly (again my fault), plus, it was the night of their Christmas party and everyone had left except the salesman and finance manager and they were fidgety) So, I ended up needing the following items for my vehicle that had been "checked out" by their mechanics: 1. CV Drive Axle 2. Balancing and alignment work (badly) 3. 2 Tie Rods 4. Serpentine Belt 5. L-F Axle Seal To the tune of $1,559.48 I sent an email to them but have not received any response - go figure!! For my time and trouble they should have taken the repairs bills off the price of the car or reimbursed me for them - no - I'm not holding my breath for either of those options to be done. So, I've told all my friends and anyone else that will listen about them!! Plus, I couldn't post this review without giving them a rating - I wouldn't give them the 1 star if I didn't have to!! I took my truck to be serviced at Copple. You talk about disappointment. They ordered a new rim for my truck and when they finally got the tire on the rim, it was damaged. Mr. Copple told me right to my face. If you don't take if with the scratches on it than we'll take it off and you can go elsewhere. WOW, way to go pleasing your COSTUMER Mr. Copple. I had paid over $500.00 for this rim. They are not concerned with you as a costumer it's all about the money. They even tried to make me feel as though I'm the one being unreasonable. read more
