This is definitely a great place for a bunch of students to stop by to make a few copies. In my humble opinion, I definitely prefer Copy Corner to FedEx/Kinko's or any of those other copy stores. Pros: + Aggie owned - Whoop! + Fast + Young, friendly students + Did I mention how quick they are? - like in and out in five minutes tops + Great parking/location - just drive in and out super fast. Like lightening fast. I have always considered this a reliable place to get copies/prints throughout college, but recently I was disappointed. I went to get prints on my graduation invitations (which are kinda expensive btw!!) and the lady that printed them off wrote big tacky letters/numbers on the back with pen! Customer service here is horrible. I went in to get a couple books printed, and asked a lot of questions because I wanted to make sure it was right, and I'd never printed anything like it before. Long story short, I told them what I needed, and instead of telling me they couldn't do it, they printed it anyway how they wanted. When I told them that wouldn't work, they said they already printed it and that I'd have to pay for it. I refused, and the girl working the front made a big deal about it, and a big show about throwing it all away. 1-if a customer doesn't know how something works, explain it. Don't make them feel like an idiot. 2-if YOU screw up, don't ask the customer to pay for it. I'd rather pay extra to get things printed elsewhere than ever go here again. read more

I wish I could give negative stars after the encounter I just had. My experience when I come here is typically that I wait for a few minutes for an employee to acknowledge me as I watch them talk to each other and avoid customers. However, they do get me what I need. After today though.... I will never visit again. I came in hoping to get some pages printed for an upcoming test. After fifteen minutes of waiting, some other customers come in. They stand near me, but I think "Oh well, these employees have seen me waiting here for fifteen minutes. They wouldn't help the others before asking what I need.". To my surprise, an employee (unfortunately I don't know his name, but he looks like Zac Efron with brown hair) approaches and asks the customer next to me what they need. As I was in a rush, I politely tell him "Excuse me, I've been waiting longer than the other customers". He certainly heard and understood me, as we were standing in front of each other and making eye contact as I spoke. Shockingly, he blatantly ignored that I spoke and turned back to helping the customer that had arrived after me. As there were more customers that had come in after me, I lost hope of being attended and left. I am very angry after receiving such treatment and will never be visiting the Copy Corner again. I submitted a simple print job on Tuesday a.m. Valentine's Day cards. The work has already been done. It literally just needed to be printed on card stock..that's it. I wait for a response, yet never received an email. I call Wednesday a.m. and I discover the response email somehow went to my spam. No big deal, right? Let's just proceed, because I need the cards this evening. I requested curbside, as I care for children and had multiple toddlers in tow. Instead, I was told I would have to submit a request 24 hours in advance. Ummm, I did. No, 24 hours from the time I reply to their email..that I didn't receive through no fault of my own. I expressed I have never had to wait that long for a print job. Finally confirmed that if I walk in to the counter, there is no wait, but "online orders" have to wait 24 hours. Wait..you have to submit every order via email, so aren't all orders "online orders"..? Well, yes..I'm told. Miranda then told me she was "expediting as fast as she could" and the soonest she could have my 12 pages printed, would be 3:00...BUT if I walk in, they would push that print button and I would have them immediately. I again, shared that I would have 4 toddlers in tow. Long story short, she could care less that it had already been 24 hours. Didn't give a damn that gmail opted to send her email to spam. Made absoluteZazaly no attempt to try to accommodate me whatsoever. So me and my childcare kids enter the building, that is virtually empty, besides employees. Most who were standing around talking. Yet, someone it would have taken 7 additional hours for Miranda to press print for this longtime customer.. read more

I was told I couldn't print a document from my google drive without providing them my password. Absolutely ridiculous. How can a company of this stature have such a flagrantly idiotic policy. Never ever coming back. Staff was also borderline moronic, and couldn't believe I wouldn't provide them my password. Certainly NOT a choice if an author or have copyrighted materials! All others have to do is sign their clipboard claiming to have copy privileges to protect them from lawyers, it appears. Even if these papers are stamped with a RED SEAL, stating no copying is permitted under federal copyright laws! The definition of this is termed "blind eye" and I wonder if legally this is "harboring and abetting crooks"? Some need to send PDFs for printing, then after payment discover what horrible quality is presented them, even if 1200pdi or better sent. What began as a corner shop near TAMU Golf Course long ago with a personable owner, servicing mostly students needing to copy reems of study materials legally, this has grown, built new due to attractions such as "cheap", "fast", "location", now with better parking & impressive interior, however factory-esque. This place has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever come across. Multiple times my company has had terrible experience with their rude staff. Most recently we were quoted 4 times by 4 different people $46 for 100 customized folders. When confirming this was correct for the 5th time, we were told that it was $4.65 per folder, which clearly doesn't add up to their original $46 quote. It's a shame that people can't pick up on that error on paper, or show us the quote to begin with so we could have noticed it, but it's also unprofessional for them to not apologize for their mistake. The next morning I got an email clarifying something I wanted, and as soon as I responded I got an e-mail thanking me and confirming they got my response. A terrifying exhibition of the worst aspects of business existence. This review comes after my 3rd consecutive interaction of customer service so deplorable it will make your head hurt. Warning: what you're about to read may ruin your hope in human existence. Stop reading now if desire to think positively of the human race. Selecting which of the 2 counters to begin at is a game of roulette. Despite a clear submission with an exact timeline attached, the staff will begin this torturous process by bouncing you from one desk to the next. After explaining to staff that you've now been ping ponged from one desk to the other, level 2 begins. Expect your rep to walk away from you mid service, with or without explanation. On several occasions, I noticed them speaking with another staff member and foolishly thought they were troubleshooting the error. False. How naive of me. They were sharing a good laugh over a social media post. Upon the reps return, you will be no closer to locating, printing, or paying for your submission. Level 3. Expect to have to resubmit your previous submission. They have a remarkable propensity for losing submissions like it's a game of hide and seek between staff and your documents. After you've resubmitted, don't assume they will follow your clearly outlined instructions about quality of prints, type of paper, or ink color. They will not. They will likely do the opposite of what you've asked. As if to test your attention to detail. This is merely the tip of the incompetent iceberg for copy corner. Chapter 1 in a novel of mind numbingly wretched customer service. Each interaction lasted an average of 90 minutes. I make one final plea: Learn from my mistake. I always end up getting stuck with the worker named John (larger man with tattoo sleeve on his right arm) who is always SO unbelievably rude... I am not sure why he has a job working with people who need assistance because clearly he does not know how to interact, and he is SO incompetent... all of them are. I am livid. I went to copy corner today to scan in some projects for my end of semester portfolio. I give them to the lady at the desk and she takes them to scan them. 10 minutes later, a man comes out and says that they have to rescan them because they scanner wasn't clean. I said okay, not a problem. So another 10-15 minutes later, she gives me my flash drive and asks if I want to go look at the scans. We look and they are average, nothing special. I asked her to print one of them and she did. She comes back with my projects and tells me my total. FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS. To scan about 15 24x18" projects in. That is absolutely ridiculous. I thought I'd spend 15 at most. No where in the building were prices posted. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone there. So I get home and start organizing my projects to put away, most of them have smears and some sort of black streak going across the entire thing. Called ahead to print one sheet of text in B/W regular printer paper because my printer broke and was told it would take 5 minutes max. Ended up standing there for 45 mins approximately while the place was almost empty because the staff was talking amongst themselves. When they finally "helped" me, they asked a girl who in training to train by doing my print which meant it took forever as the mentor told her what to do. She had to reprint three times! read more

Worst customer service ever! Do not recommend this location at all. Went to print out my graduation announcements and the girl working on them had an attitude from the start, especially since I didn't bring in a usb and she had to spend a couple minutes finding the template and inputting the information. I could hear her complain to her coworker sitting next to her. She asks me to make sure my name is right, only to find out the date is completely wrong because it said 2012 instead of 2018. I didn't figure this out until after paying for the prints and when I went back they told me it was my fault and no refund because it cost them money to use the ink. I had to buy new ones and went to the location at the Msc and they were genuine and actually cared and gave me the prints for a very discounted price, even though it wasn't their fault. read more

LOUSY LOUSY service. AVOID this copy corner. Go to the one on campus instead or kinkos or wherever else you can print. I asked them if they had a mounting board and to NOT use foamboard. I then repeated to NOT use foamboard. What did they give me? Foamboard and charged me for it! They charge 50 cents per cut and I had 8 in total. The cut the foamboard correctly (even though it was something I specified NOT to get) but messed up on my other document....and STILL charged me for it b/c they "already cut it" Visit this place at your own risk. read more

Absolutely horrible. Simple but important set up and copy was mishandled 4 times. They screwed up so badly they didn't charge for their so called design work. Then they lost the special paper I brought in. A 30 minute job took 7 days to complete. Avoid at all cost during first week of semester. I will not be returning here for my printing needs. I recently started a small business and have numerous needs for brochures, reference books, etc. I called the store early on Friday morning to see if it would be possible to have some brochures printed up for a Saturday mid-morning pick up. The asked me to e-mail them what I needed to have done and would get back to me. I e-mailed back and forth with Megan who asked if I needed my brochures ready on Friday evening or Saturday at 10. I informed her that Saturday was fine. On Saturday at 10:45, I went to pick up my brochures which weren't ready. The person working at the front asked me if I had received a confirmation saying that they were ready and I showed him the last e-mail received from Megan. He then told me that "we don't always keep our promises." I then had to wait for about 15-20 minutes while they printed out my brochures and they gave a small apology and didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and incompetence! read more
