He asked me what I needed the bolt for. I told him to hold a mud flap bracket on a truck. He said he didn't sell auto parts! Told me to try going to an auto parts store. So I went to tractor supply, got the bolt that was needed to finish the job. It was like night and day. Hardware store owner was grumpy with a major attitude, tsc employees were helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. This is not my first time dealing with this business, I have had poor experiences in the past and thought maybe I just caught the owner having a bad day. But this is my last time going to this store, I am not going to give this guy my money with his really bad customer service. The employees are much more helpful and nicer than the owner.

That's part of what makes it great--it's a real throwback in that it has art supplies of all kinds--things you handle and touch, things that will allow you to express yourself without interfacing with any sort of technology. That's a good thing. They have all the latest art supplies for any project you may have, but also still have some things you won't see elsewhere: sign painters paints and brushes (they're positively lush!) and maybe even some drafting and lettering stock. Back in the 70's I lusted after Letraset sheets to make 'zines, and last time I was at Howard's they even had some of them! Plus everything else, of course. They also do high quality framing, are eager to listen and if needed, offer guidance for your framing project. We've had a number of things framed here and it's always been a very good experience. Howard's is a throwback in all the best ways. It's a cozy store with everything you might need. The staff are personable, laid back and helpful when help is required. Can't say enough good things about them. Check them out.

As a result, I called Dean's and they said to drop our mower at their place and they'd take a look. It took a week but I just got the mower back and now she runs like a champ. Just a little gunk in the carburetor; it's cleaned out and everything's fine. The price was right (around $30). Definitely coming back!

I walked into the shop and Brian greeted me with kindness, as well as, Nicole. I had no military medals/ribbons to provide Brian and Nicole, only his retirement flag and DD214. Brian and Nicole managed to obtain everything needed to make the shadow box. Brian and Nicole produced the most beautiful shadow box with care and quality workmanship; just amazing. I go to pick it up, Brian and Nicole had the box displayed, when I saw it, I cried, that's how beautiful it was. My husband opt not to receive a shadow box upon retirement, but soon began to regret the decision. Brian and Nicole to the bull by the horn, the shadow box was made with a love of country and my veteran husband in mind. The price was reasonable and I am VERY satisfied with Crews Custom Awards. First Boltz is everything Home Depot isn't by that I mean there are Human Beings employed here interested in assisting you in your endeavors. Secondarily they have a really nice selection of Tomato plants in the spring. If you buy bird seed or grass seed for your lawn somewhere else your wasting your money. Just a random list of things they carry: onion sets, seed potatoes, seed by the Oz. I got enough Arugula seeds for the entire year for a fraction of those stupid seed packets at Blowes (Lowes). There is a small selection of hardware and tools along with candy and lots of WVU knick-knackery. So the next time you have the urge too explore your inner-hipster and grow some cucumbers and then make some pickles go too Boltz before it's to late.

I decided to go there because a friend told me that southern states would have them label and this way I would get what I wanted. I'm glad I waited. The lady at the register was very friendly and willing to help with info about the chicks. This is our first time having chicks and they are doing good so far. Two weeks old. We went back to the store for more info about coop and how to secure run and they were very helpful and polite.
