First, and foremost; Apologies, to the customers that did not receive the Legendary Service that I was truly blessed to have received. The Owner has a lot of empathy and he definitely would want to know if any of his employees were unprofessional. Please let him know. If it was me, I couldn't tell quick enough~ Yep like the Gieco commercial with the bug. Slowly walking and talking..Lmbo The Reality of life, "Excellent", Customer Service starts from the top and the Owner truly Values his cliental and all of us are human and miscommunication is on the rise. Copy Plus Own was the opposite. Sit back, relax, and get your favorite tea cup. Because, you'll be sipping for a minute with my review!!Lol's On 10/5/24, Friday, (I had to make sure I provide the date due to most Copy and Print Shop at 5:00 pm are walking out the door and being honest if you have a job and as soon as your shift ends, everything and everybody get shut down. Especially, if you are not getting paid Overtime) Lmbo~Smile So, I was looking for a Copy and Print Shop at the last minute and I looked at the Overall reviews for Copy Plus. The one that caught my eyes, (And I got 4 eyes~ The better to see you with my dear~Smile), was the review that was bragging about the owner, and with that being said, that was my choice. When I pulled up it was 2 minutes before closing, and this 65 year old grandma seen a gentleman walking out and looking pleased with whatever he picked up, (So, I said to myself, Awww OKay- Impressive. The Reviewer was right). Wink-Wink Now, when I entered the front door this gentleman had his shoulder bag and was about to open door the back door to leave, (Because, you know how We do it, when it is time to go home it is like the cartoon Fred Flintstone-E-Yabba-Dabba-Do! Fred couldn't care less after he heard that Loud sound WORK was O-V-E-R!) Lol's Thank God the owner was NOT like Fred Flintstone. When I walked in it was 5:00 pm, and I said, "Sir, can you please help me?" and he politely said, "We're closed." I said, "I only have two sheets to fax and I have to send it out today." He knew from my tone I was exhausted from this hot weather and was genuine with crying out for help. The owner said, "Okay." He had no idea I was crying inside from God blessing me with an Angel at this very moment. What was so amazing someone was calling him, (To make sure he was on his way. Yes, I was ear hustling-Laughing my butt off). I thought that was so intriguing. Whomever, it was they wanted to make sure the owner was safe and that is an Excellent Safety Practice. He placed his shoulder bag on the chair, politely took my 2 documents, fax them, returned them and gave me the confirmation sheet. I know he got tired of me thanking him-Smile Moving forward, this will be my New Copy and Print Shop. The owner is a blessing to be around this area. I noticed a lot of College Students (And do not get it twisted. The Po-Po driving. Thank you for them as well. Protecting and serving! Smile In my Reality, I wish I could give the Owner a Trillion Star review, but Yelp only has 5!! Copy Plus Owner, You made my life brighter with taking a moment of your time to help me. I am FOREVER grateful!!!!! God Bless You!!! Much Love and Respect!! Grateful Customer that is exactly why I am smiling!

Never ever going to Staples again for copies. He hooked us up with an awesome deal for color copies we needed for a class. We'll definitely be back. Thank you! read more

This is a great print shop. I needed to create personalized bid sheets for my business and Felix was able to go off of what I gave him and he designed them exactly the way I wanted. I never realized this place was a print shop. I will use them again in the near future. Great customer service! read more

The service was awesome and the price was great. I needed Memorial Programs printed by the next day. I was able to e-mail the PDF file and pick up the programs within hours. The quality was excellent, the service was great, and the price was less than half of what I would have paid at Staples. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

First time visiting the store, was recommended to go here by the local school. When I first walked in, I was the only person in the store and my presence was not even acknowledged. Not even a "Hi Welcome. I'll be with you shortly." Worker had a bad attitude when he finally asked what I wanted, he told me he ran out. I asked him if he could make another copy since that is his job and he refused and told me to come back tomorrow (mind you the store is open for another 4 hours). I asked if I should leave a phone number to call me when it is ready he said no. I ended up calling again an hour before closing and someone else picked up the phone that he told me that they have about 6-7 copies left so I had to go all the way back all because the other worker was too lazy to check. read more

Horrible customer service. Came in for the first time and the man was on the phone talking to a friend sitting down as soon as I walked in he starred at me and said nothing. It took am minute for him to pull the phone away from his ear and ask what I needed. Being as it was my first time I had a few questions and he was so rude, he stayed on the phone the whole time and did not help me out at all. I will never be back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

After paying .12 per page for a b/w copy at FedEx - I needed a better deal! Clicked on this company's link and found a great special that fit my budget. While waiting for my order, the owner noticed that I was folding letters to fit in envelopes - in the nicest sort of way he let me know he could help me with that too - who knew they have machines for such chores! The prices were right and service was great. One last thing - a college kid came in to buy 4 stamps while I was waiting for my order. The owner gave that kid, who's sale netted him a 4 cent profit, the same respect and level of service that he gave me. read more

If you're going for fingerprints choose another location!!!!!!! Had an appointment yesterday for fingerprints at 10:10am. I was told the system was down and to come back at 1130am I was then told to come back at 12:30 p.m. At that point I went to another location that my company approved. Two hours later I received a call from Albert saying the system was back up. Very dissatisfied with service . read more

These people have no idea what an appointment is, and they really have no consideration for their customers who have appointments. Its like the customer's time doesnt matter, because they can clock in whenever they want even if its an hour later than a customers appointment. Ridiculous. read more

Excellent service! I can always depend on this place to get orders printed FAST! Quick responses to their online quote requests and emails. Pricing is also much cheaper than Staples and on campus printing at CSUSB. I hope every student knows about this place because they're missing out if they don't. read more
