I made a purchase on Amazon and UPS was scheduled to pick it up. I had it all packed and taped and I had it marked for UPS pick up at my front door which is where they normally deliver. Well, this time the guy went to my back door. So I called UPS Customer Service and asked if they could send somebody else out to pick it up and explained what happened. They told me that I have to PAY to have it picked up or that I need to take it to a UPS store. I think that's horrible customer service! The whole thing was that AMAZON offered UPS pick up and that is what I chose. It's a large heavy box and hard for me to carry. I'm very unhappy with their service today.!!! read more

To be honest, when I first went up there, the first clerk was telling me all the charges that I had to pay. I'm not used to ordering online and so paying for a bag and paying for shipping label and paying for me to even email the shipping label was all a big surprise to me. I asked him how do I do it for free because I'm trying to return something that they sent me too small and he declared to pay all the prices for each item $3 dollars for me to email my shipping label $.30 to print it and $4.25 for a shipping bag as I kept asking him is there any other way he stated no this is the way, I wasn't accepting that so I spoke with the other clerk. Her name was Jessica and she gave me options. Pull up a QR code where we can scan it and print your shipping label for free. Do you have any bag in the car that you could put it in and she made it work shipped off my item in less than three minutes whereas I was going back-and-forth with the other clerk for other ways that I can get this shipped off with no success. Jessica helped me and made it quick and efficient. I truly appreciated that. I left out the store and the store was filling up with a lot of customers, I thought about something else and went back in to ask her a question no more than two minutes and she had cleared out the whole store while the other clerk was still talking to the same customer . That girl need a raise! read more

Danielle was so helpful! I had a return label from Fanatics that was email to me. I was not able to print at home. Plu, the link in the email bring me to UPS site. Danielle explained it's a USPS label. She has seen this issue before. She offered to print it, which I was happy to pay for. She then helped me attach the label. She explained I could leave the package for USPS pick up on Monday. But if I needed a receipt, I would have to bring to post office. I watched the woman who does notary work (J. Jordan) treat someone very rudely. Then it was my turn. When I said I needed something notarized she said "I'm done!" I went to leave and take my business elsewhere. She called me back and apologized. As she did the transaction for me she seemed out of it. I got concerned that it was even being done properly. As I left I heard her say the same to the next customer. So obviously she wasn't sorry about making customers feel as if they are a problem. I mentioned this to a neighbor and found out that she had a very negative experience there as well. She was treated as if she was crazy just for asking for postcard stamps. I will never visit this store again. It used to be okay. NOT ANYMORE. read more

Very rude employees, they don't realize their attitudes can make or breaks someone entire day. Projecting your feelings about your job onto the customers is not our problem. If you don't like it leave ‍ I also work in customer service and understand some customers can be a pain but the environment and mood is really ugly. I've seen that more than one person has complained about the same yet nothing gets done. Do something about it. on top of that a lady came in to make a return and she didn't have the correct box I guess, instead of offering a box for her to buy they let her go all the way back to her office to get the original box. How inconsiderate. They can print the label for her. read more
