TL;DR/The Short Version: Casual Korean eatery. Great combos with lots of variety. Everything was tasty. The Long Version: My husband and I went here for lunch. I got the fried chicken combo ($16.99) and my husband got the beef combo ($16.99). We requested no sesame seeds for our food and they accommodated by not sprinkling sesame seeds on the rice, japchae or beef, but they forgot that one of the fried chicken sauces has sesame seeds in it, so I had to give my husband that piece. We were going to share anyway, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The Fried Chicken Combo came with 3 pieces of fried chicken, each one a different flavour: original, sweet and spicy, and soy garlic. The sweet and spicy sauce has sesame seeds in it. Since I can't eat sesame seeds but can tolerate slight contamination, I didn't bring it up and just gave that piece to my husband. Although in retrospect I should have alerted them for them to be more aware for someone else who might have a more severe issue. Both combos came with japchae, rice, 2 dumplings, and coleslaw. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It was great. I liked both the original and the soy garlic. Hubby liked the sweet and spicy. The beef was tender and flavourful. And I liked that it was lean meat and not gristly. The dumplings were deep-fried and had pork and vegetables in it. The rice was nicely steamed and slightly sticky which I liked. The japchae was flavourful and had shiitake mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers and onions in it. It was little too oily for my preference, but I still enjoyed it. The combos also came with a can of soda or a bottle of water. My husband got a Coca Cola and I got a bottle of water, which I took to go to drink during my shopping adventures after lunch, since we were given tap water with our meal. Service was courteous and efficient. Lots of indoor seating with televisions playing K-pop music videos in the dining room. Delightful find in the Guy Concordia area, this Korean eatery has wonderful Korean Fried Chicken. The whole chicken ($35.99 CAD) has a nice mix of juicy white and dark meat. The bulgogi combo ($16.99 CAD) has a little of everything from japchae, mandu, coleslaw, bulgogi, and rice. It even comes with a drink. Free hot tea or water is offered to customers as well. To order, you press the button on the table and the server will come to you. Service is cheerful and efficient. One bathroom for each gender is available for customers to use. Tried this place out and loved it so much! You order with a convenient button and they have wifi. Pretty good menu and everything can be shared. They also provide gloves for mess free eating. I loved the soy and garlic chicken but the star of the meal was the corn cheese. It's exactly as good as you'd expect. Highly recommend! read more

My girlfriend from Texas declared this "the best bbq chicken I've ever had" (surpassing grandma!) and demanded a quick second visit. I'm not much of a fried chicken fan, but I had to agree. I highly recommend the '3 chicken combo' because it's impossible to decide which is best, each one is the best you've ever had. I get the Korean Fried Chicken Combo, and it's great especially if it's your 1st time trying korean fried chicken since you get to try 3 different flavors, along with other appetizers. My favorite chicken was definitely the Soy and Garlic. What stood out for me was the service. The people there were so nice. They make sure you are satisfied and really make you feel welcome. One lady even started a whole conversation with us when we were paying at the register, trying to know how are we doing and if we ate well. I was really excited to try some Korean fried chicken and this place seemed like the perfect spot. There are 3 types of chicken with the option to get half and half. I'm a little curious how that was a whole chicken since I think there was only one drumstick and a lot of white meat but anyways. Kids liked it which was quite a recognition considering they're usually fussy. To me it simply didn't stand out though. It was just okay. Nothing to write home about. The restaurant is set up on a less popular street near saint-catherine which is good for parking. I came in with my girlfriend and we've had the bimbimbap and the fried chicken combo. The food was good the only issue I had is that the AC was not on and I was overheating to a point where I couldn't finish my food. My infant daughter was crying because she was sweating. The eating areas are tight as well but manageable if you are 4 and under but I had a party of 6 and we had to get creative with seating.
