Drinks were good and the bartender was friendly. I can see the vision but definitely needs a new DJ.

On a recent visit, a best friend reserved a spot for us, and we ended up staying for an extended, thoroughly enjoyable time. Special thanks to Parker for the attentive service. Thanks, Parker, you are amazing. This remains one of my top hidden gems.

So on the way, I texted and requested the password. After a brief search and knocking on several doors, I realized the entrance is behind the restaurant in its own small parking lot. Look for the green light and avoid searching around like a weirdo, like me lol. Once inside, I found the interior is cozy with seating for couples, small groups and bar seating. We asked the mixologist to put his own spin on old fashions and he delivered. I'm addicted to the spicy cinnamon version that he created! The quail pops were a nice little appetizer although they could have used a bit more seasoning. I think the drink and app prices were very reasonable. Service was laid back and friendly. My only reco would be to maybe put a bit more thought into the vintage decor and secret restroom. The restroom lock was hard to figure out, especially after a drink or two lol. Overall this Speakeasy is a great spot to add a bit of intrigue to your evening.

Inside the ambiance is a mix between a bougie lounge, an elevated pub, and a whiskey bar. The lighting is intimate, there is fun decor and furniture all around The staff were friendly and professional. They are more dressed up than your typical bartenders, and each drink is artisanal and made with care The menu offers a variety of drinks, but make no mistake, this is a whiskey bar, so, whiskey is the main draw. And there's whiskeys from all over. You can have a cocktail, neat, on the rocks, etc. You can find very rare whiskeys, top shelf, and more. This is an experience, so, I wouldn't expect inexpensive drinks, but it's not crazy prices Some tips: Ask your bartender about "Flight Club" (whiskey flights) They also have an impressive humidor, and if you want to enjoy a cigar you can, but you might have to sit on the covered patio outside Cheers!!

Drinks are always tasty with the unique flavors of their own distilled spirits. They sell snacks and sometimes have food trucks outside. Service is always fantastic. I believe they have live music on the weekends, but we left before the music began. Also, if you are looking for a venue for your celebration, you can rent out the distillery. They run tours that start like a class with all attention at the front of the room. We did not do the tour during our visit though, we just enjoyed a flight of whiskeys and beers. It was shop local Saturday so we got 25% off all purchases which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed trying the different drinks, flights are perfect to sample without committing to a whole pint or pour. The whiskey flight helped us choose a bottle to buy for a Housewarming party we were attending later that night. We did want to still try the Black IPA so we shared a pint before we left. They have merchandise for purchase as well like shirts and nice glasses. We'd like to go back for the tour one day.

The Texas sun, however, was doing its absolute best impression of the surface of a star that day, and we were desperately seeking an oasis of air conditioning and fine spirits. We stumbled upon your establishment, and I'm now convinced it was less of a coincidence and more of a divine, thirst-quenching intervention. The positive experience started before we even breached the doorway. The security guard out front wasn't just a guard; he was more like a friendly ambassador to a better, cooler dimension. He greeted us with a genuine smile, not the usual stony-faced glare that makes you nervously try to recall if you've done anything illegal in the last 48 hours. As we stepped inside, we were greeted by the owner herself as she was on her way out. She actually stopped, smiled, and welcomed us in. In this day and age, it's not every day the head honcho takes a second to greet a couple of random, heat-stroked travelers. That single, classy gesture told us everything we needed to know. And we were right. The inside is impeccable. It's the kind of place that makes you feel a little more sophisticated just by being there. The bar staff are basically wizards; true alchemists of alcohol who are not only incredibly friendly but are clearly masters of their craft, slinging drinks with an effortless cool. Now, let's talk about the main event. As someone sitting here back in the Coachella Valley, I am practically weeping with jealousy. I wish we had bars like this! The fact that I have to get on a plane for this kind of experience feels like a crime against humanity. Do yourself a favor and order the Deep Eddie Pineapple. Don't ask questions, just trust me. It's like a tropical vacation in a glass, and it might just change your outlook on life. You'll want to send me a thank you card later. Don't. Just buy another one and toast to my excellent advice. A huge thank you to Morgan and the entire team for a truly memorable night. You didn't just give us a drink; you gave us a highlight of our trip and a fantastic story to tell!

After that terrible experience I went to the bar and was ignored for a long time. I eventually got the bartenders attention only after I was on my phone for a long time.
