Booked a tow on Friday June 28th for Tuesday July 2nd. Prepaid. Needed to be taken for an appointment at 9am. There was also scheduled power washing that day in my underground. They promised between 8-9am. 5 phone calls later they showed up at 1030am. Car was power washed and the dispatcher lied through her teeth. Will never use them again and will let everyone know how incompetent they are. read more

I have a 4 wheel/ all wheel drive. They didn't use dollies. The next day my engine light came on, but fortunately it went out. It is a 2018 with only 66,000 Kms. Hopefully I won't have any transmission problems in the future. read more

I locked my keys in my car, so I called and wanted to know how much the fee for unlocking the door would be. He said it would be $79.00 to start, then an unlocking fee starting at $15.00, travel time and then taxes. So to unlock my car would've cost me over $100.00 with taxes on top of everything. I said no, it's too expensive, then he asked me what I was looking to pay, I said $40.00, and he said nobody would do it for that. So I said forget it. I called Unitow after and the fee with taxes came to $61.85. A lot better than $100! I think Coquitlam towing was very fast talking and probably thought they'd take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I will never call Coquitlam towing, I will steer everybody I know clear of them. This evening my car broke down on the side of the highway and I needed to tow to get the vehicle home. I have to say they were amazing. The lady who took my call was polite and helpful. She answered all my questions professionally and was very sweet. I was quoted 30-45 minutes and by golly the driver was there actually a few minutes early. Fastest tow company I have worked for. The driver was very pleasant and hooked up my car efficiently and quickly. I was very pleased with the service. Price wise it was cheaper than other tow companies I have dealt with in the past and I will be using them again if I need any towing services in the future. They have put a long scratch mark on my car. They said to find your car in the lot turn on your cell phone light, as they didn't have a light in their parking lot. They were very rude, very bossy and I had the worst experience in my whole life.The lady was so angry about everybody for no reason. I would highly recommend! I am 9 months pregnant and locked my keys in my trunk. Called around to a few different places whose prices were either way too high or they were way too busy, to find this one. The guy over the phone was really friendly and easy to talk to. They found me someone who could come within half hour and it would only cost $67.00. I wish I knew the name of the tow truck driver but I never caught it. He was so nice and helpful. Because my car is super anti theft we couldn't get into the trunk from the car unfortunately and he really tried every way possible. With no luck, I had to get my spare key from home to be able to start my car just to open the trunk. Because of that I wasn't able to get my purse before he left. He told me to not worry about paying, that it was on him. I thought that was so nice and great customer service. Something so rare these days. Thank you! read more

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS... I called to ask about my car .. who answered my call yelled at me and was very rude and attack me personally saying that the accident our fault( is she ICBC to decide?) then other receptionist told us how we are less because we don't have collusion coverage. I called to setup an appointment, she said come 9 am I asked her to move it 10 am, she refused but they came to open the gate around 10 am?!! We waited for them around an hour. We asked to tow the car to our apartment (apartment number in the receipt) they said we said home and they brought our car on big truck cannot enter the underground parking. Another receptionist start to attack us personally and how English is our second language and we should not come to country unless we speak fluent English without accents. She said go to schools and learn English ( I'm PhD student LOOL). They are pathetic if you stuck with them talk to Kris he is the most decent person there. read more

Received awful service when I had called to find out where my car was after it had been towed without my knowledge. The employee that had picked up the phone told me where my car was and told me to figure out how to get there. Very disappointed in their service especially after I asked the rude employee how long they were open till and she replied saying 6 or 7 as there is a HUGE difference between the two times. These guys will waste your time. I called at 930am and was told a tow truck would be there in an hour. After waiting for over three hours the tow truck still hadnt shown up and i was forced to call a different company after being told multiple times "he's on his way and will be there soon". Sick of the excuses. Wont use them again. I need speedy service when a work truck breaks down and these guys do not provide. read more

very rude customer service staff. it was an ICBC arranged tow. Got a call from one of their staff and was asked if there'll be someone home on the day that they said they are coming. I said ok and was given eta 2-3 hours. As expected, NO ONE show up or call. After waiting for more than 3 hours, i called them to check what was going on & another staff ( think her name is jamie) was so rude and said we dont give eta blah 3... and not sure who her colleague was who gave me the eta etc. Best part was when i asked "SO, if your guy coming on the day that they confirmed, she said NO! our driver will not be coming as its too late. NO APOLOGY AT ALL. what a joke!! what a "professional" operation??!! i then called ICBC to complain & requested to change the towing company. read more

STAY AWAY! When I went to pay the bill. I was told I owed another $1000 on top of my storage bill to have my car released. The extra fee they claimed was to pay a bailiff fee. The week before I was told the 3rd was the last day. Which was that day. When they couldn't get the $1000. They charged me $5 more a day for storage. On top of this they were rude, stonewalling and lied to me on several occasions on the phone. I suggest getting another towing company further away. even if it cost you more. I should add my cars not a piece of junk, worth 20K. Clearly they wanted my vehicle on top of it tried to extort more money from me. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED read more
