After an already crummy week, I couldn't get my car to start so I had to get it towed from Railtown over to my mechanic in Richmond. I have been meaning to write this review for several weeks now. We have a fleet of vehicles that crisscross the lower mainland. One of them, in the middle of rush hour of coarse, had a transmission failure in traffic and required a tow to the transmission shop. Yelp recommended this tow outfit. Glad I called. Guy was there quick. I wish I could remember his name. He was polite, professional and took an immediate interest in my safety. I also like that he explained what was happening. Very patient and accommodating, waited for the garage staff to move some other vehicles out of the way before carefully placing my truck in its designated spot. These guys are great. Had an issue with my car not able to start (not the battery). I went with these guys due to the number of positive reviews on Yelp. Spoke to Frank to make an appointment for the next day to have my car towed from my place to the mechanic. On the day of the towing, they gave me a call ahead of time letting me know he was coming. Frank is amazing!! He rescued us off the highway in about 15 minutes time. He was super nice and polite and made dropping $100 for a quick tow much less painful. His rates are less than the big guys who will also often leave you waiting. This tow was at night but Frank was there in no time. Would use him again for sure. Complete disregard for safety and politeness! Rush hour, the tow truck stopped at an intersection blocking a full lane and the entrance to a side street on a major avenue when he could easily have pulled up away from the street entrance. Didn't even put his signal, just parked there and proceeded to unload a car while blocking the traffic. When addressed politely, didn't offer an apology or the semblance of excuse, was rude and disrespectful. Just be aware this is the kind of attitude a client buys when you use their services. read more

My mechanic uses them and I've had to use them a few times. :) 24 hour service, ask for Frank (Vu). What does he offer? Buys scrap cars if you have old junk sitting around to get rid of. If the car has no wheels, No problem. He also unlocks vehicles, if by chance you have locked yourself out. and there's towing service. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM! I requested for a towing service at 0800hrs and Frank was right on schedule. He was very polite and efficient. YES, amazing. I found Frank randomly here on yelp and took a chance because of the good reviews. I needed to get my car towed to the mechanic and didn't want to call Busters (because I've seen them beat up cars in the process). My experience with him was exactly as two other five star reviews of him were. He gracefully towed my car onto his flatbed so my car wasn't bouncing around on the road behind him. He was professional, was so nice, gave me a receipt, and has a great rate. When I called him he said it would be an hour or an hour and 15 minutes until he could get to where my car was and he asked me if I was able to wait that amount of time. I said yes, no problem because he sounded so nice, and he arrived in EXACTLY one hour after our phone call. Anytime I need a car towed again I'll be calling him. He's definitely worth waiting for if he says he needs an hour or two get to you. I got the impression he gives a very accurate estimation of time for the wait and it was worth it. I never thought I'd be wowed by a towing service but that's what happened! These friendly folks helped me out when another company flaked at the last minute. The driver took my car (and me) to the Scrap It location for a very reasonable price. He was super pleasant throughout, and even waited while I finished all the paperwork so he could drop me off at the Skytrain station afterward.
