The cashier began harassing us, demanding that SHE needed the cart further complicating the situation. She offered no assistance instead persisting in getting HER cart back. Another male ALDI employee stood by and looked on and provided no assistance. This ALDI's did not have the appropriate accommodations to help this elderly handicapped woman. After trying to resolve this with both employees they never contacted the store manager. I have provided photos. We expect a response and corrective action from ALDI to prevent this nonconformance from reoccurring. We've escalated a complaint to corporate in Chicago. Handicapped/disabled have Ohio rights as well as Federal rights.
