A friend asked me to try out the 5:30am, early morning Adult Body Conditioning class with her (they have several other times as well but this time is the only one I couldn't make an excuse for!) and ever since then I have been HOOKED! Not only does this class give me more energy throughout my day and more confidence in my body, it does wonders for the mind and spirit! Somehow... I wake up 4-5x's per week and drive 20 minutes to what I refer to as 'my therapy'. The workouts are never the same and the trainers are amazing; working closely with each person on perfecting our form for the best possible results. Everyone is beyond supportive and motivating and as a bonus, I have made so many new friends here. Finding this gym has ignited a fire within me and I now look forward to starting my day on the right foot.... To kick off their grand opening they offered free classes for the entire week. They offer personal training, boxing, yoga, trx, weight loss, and boot camp classes. The gym is very open and the public walking by can see everything that is going on inside. The thought of being a window display for mall walkers terrified me and almost made me turn around before walking in. I am glad I didn't though and gave it a try. The employees were friendly and our trainer teaching the TRX class was welcoming and made us all feel comfortable. After warming up I didn't even notice the people walking by and was too focused on the workout to pay attention to anything else. I am not a fan of going to group classes and often feel like I get a better workout by myself, but the small class sizes (12 people) didn't allow for any slacking off or feeling like you didn't know what was going on. Classes run $15 a class and I will definitely like to be put on display there again :)

Other than those specials, One to One isn't worth the cost unless you're a student at Case. The indoor track looks more suitable for rolling a ball as opposed to running on. The swimming pool is an extra fee and located in the Veale Center. The only workouts you can do here are all on machines since the space is so small. The weight room is sorely lacking too. One to One is good for a person who is into casual all around fitness. Not for someone who's more dedicated to one muscle area and looking for a personal trainer. Parking available in a nearby garage. One to One will validate parking as long as you remember to ask the employees before leaving.

I received a free class thanks to the Class Pass App. which gives out a free 2-week pass to new members. The app. allows you to book several fitness classes from different gyms and studios. SPIN CLASS (between a 3 and a 4 star rating) -- I visited for an evening class in March 2023. The vibe/energy of the class wasn't as strong as I wanted. While the instructor (Maria Z.) was good, she wasn't too high energy the whole class. The class also started about 4 minutes late. I think if there were more people in the class that I would have had a better experience but there were alot of empty bikes inside which wasn't too encouraging to push myself harder as I biked. I noticed that I wasn't as excited throughout the whole class when I normally am very upbeat for a spin class and I don't think I was tired. It was just the slightly low-energy vibe of the class. There were only about 5 other women in the 6:30pm class (no men). From the number of people who came out of the 5:30pm class (males and females), there were alot more people in that class. The 5:30pm probably had more energy. SERVICE (5/5) -- This was good and I appreciated the instructor helping me set up my bike to the right seat position relative to my height. I was also given shoes for free to use (first class = free shoes) but I think normally you have to pay for shoes. I normally frequent Cycle Fly in Lakewood but Psycle is a fine option too.
