Pure Barre is a 55 minute full body workout using isometric exercises to push your muscles to the point of fatigue. This is where the change happens! I immediately saw results after starting Pure Barre. As if seeing results made this workout addicting enough, the classes are actually fun! Although the flow of the class remains the same, the movements change each class so you will never do the same exact workout twice. The other members who belong to this location are empowering and so kind. I love belonging to Pure Barre Brecksville!
