I enjoyed our chat while he was treating my plantar fasciitis and the office staff is very pleasant. While he did provide relief from the pain in my heel and a comprehensive list of footwear to get to avoid future issues, I was not satisfied with the discussion around my toenails and whether they should be cut away or not. His front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. That was a good start. But it got better. We did not have to wait very long to see Dr. Gorin because his staff does not overbook patients, apparently. First, x-rays were taken of my knee, which only took a couple of minutes. The equipment seemed very up to date with very little hassle. Just a few minutes later, Dr. G was available for consultation and review of the x-ray results. Luckily, I got good results. I appreciated the thorough explanation of my symptoms along with the care that I should take of my knee. Dr. G has a great bedside manner and actually listens to you and answers your questions. He is friendly, professional, and cares. I feel very comfortable going back to him in the future. My daughter had the same opinion of him as I do. His office is located behind Aventura Hospital. Parking is hard to find, but they have valet service for $5. That's what we did. It's a few steps to the front entrance and elevator. Go to the 5th floor, and the first door on your left is his office. Very easy. I highly recommend him.

The therapist remained behind the computer screen and failed to inquire about my well-being during the exercises. Instead of seeking my input, he assumed I had no pain solely based on his own opinion. Despite my existing leg inflammation and ongoing anti-inflammatory medication, the therapist declined to follow treatments aligned with my orthopedic recommendations. In addition the therapist does not speak English
