I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before being called back due to this. When the Dr brought me back into a room he quickly did an assessment on my spine and had me lay down prone for the adjustment-- ahh what I was waiting for...Nothing happened- He wasn't able to push any harder to get a nice crack because "at that point what would he really be doing" he said...so he wasn't able to manipulate/adjustment me the way I needed and have had done plenty times before. After 15 minutes he quickly threw me on ice & stim for 15 mins and closed me in a dark room. Thankfully I had my phone on me and was able to entertain myself for 15 minutes. He then we had a short consultation about what my issue was and how it's important I come back. I know what my issues are and what causes them and highly familiar with human anatomy/physiology, what I needed what a nice manipulation and adjustment. Next time I'll go to my regular chiro. This doctor just wasn't for me.

Walking into his office, you feel right at home with his warm, attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. After an in-depth review of my health history and evaluation of my nagging injuries, he determined they were mild strains that could be treated. Dr. Narson explained the techniques and technology he would be using to get me back to lifting weights again. He used the Graston technique on both areas as well as electro therapy, which I've never experienced. I had a bad feeling about this place from the second I walked in. The baron walls, fast food menu on the wall of prices for services, and sub-zero temperatures did not give me a feeling of comfort, a much-needed feeling as I was in a high amount of discomfort. After taking getting my X-rays taken I took a photo of my X-rays on the computer with my phone. At this point, the doctor came running over saying "that's a big no-no, big no-no" as he was chastizing the X-ray tech in front of me for taking a picture of my x-rays. This gave me a very uncomfortable feeling seeing the way that he was treating his staff in front of me. Especially since there should not be a single issue with me taking a picture of my X-rays on my phone. After my examination, I ensured that they gave me a copy of these X-rays on a CD and there was no issue there. I came in with immense pain in my foot and hand. The doctor poked around on my foot until he located the pain. He then left the room for no more than 15 seconds, not even enough time to have walked to the room where he would look at the X-rays. He came back and told me that I did not have any fractures in my finger or foot. The Issue here is that I sent my X-rays over to a radiologist and within 15 seconds he noticed a very clear and obvious fracture in both my foot and finger.
