I am in my 80th and the first visit I forgot the notes from my orthopedic surgion with diagnosis and recomende tratment The girles refused to call the doctor saying that it is my resposibility.,however the therapist agreed to see me and did his own evaluetion and some manipulation,he was good,rest of my visits was a nightmare. I started therapy 04/18/23,ended 05/02 I came for the session on may 5th and was late for 25 minutes, the girl at front desk didn't want me to stay and very rudly told me to leave. They massage you and sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not I decided to leave that place after a student told me he needed to use the restrooms but he had been non stop on his phone while massaging me and I think he went to make a phone call. He had given me so heat therapy but it took him so long it started to get cold so I got up and left and nobody asked me anything it is like they don't hear they don't see and they don't know.. When I called 2 days later to say I don't think I want to come back they said OK and that was that. OK have a nice day. No questions as to why which makes me happy to have left because you clearly can tell they couldn't care less.

Six Epidural, physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Opioids that caused an Ulcer from the amount he took.The meds helped for couple of hours but most of the time he was in Agony!! We had no life. I called Showan from his office and told her the story, she gave me an immediate appointment. Dr Gervin gave us hope. While we saw several Pain management and another Neuro surgeon no one would do anything without an MRI which my husband cannot do with a Pacemaker. Dr Gervin as a caring an compassionate doctor sent my husband for a Myelogram. No other doctor even suggested it, maybe they didn't know of it, but right away Dr Gervin saw the problem and scheduled the surgery. My daughters one is a doctor herself and my attorney daughter have nothing but admiration for Dr Gervin. We bless him everyday!! His staff, especially Showan, showed us that there are still people in this world that care! God Bless you Dr Gervin and staff for caring. My husbands surgery was a success and he is doing very well. Followed up twice on the email to digitally fill out the paperwork, which was never received. Drove all the way to the office to fill out the paperwork on their computer, which saves information typed in with auto-fill on the browser. Got into the room with the chiropractor, only to find out that they dont take my insurance because of some third-party complication they don't want to handle. They wanted to charge me over $200 for the first visit and over $100 for each additional visit. I would give them zero stars if I could for making me feel extorted and wasting the only day I had available to see a chiropractor.
