The worse expirience I had in my life as a thisician and the person.The 2 girls at the front desk very rude and disrespectul. I am in my 80th and the first visit I forgot the notes from my orthopedic surgion with diagnosis and recomende tratment The girles refused to call the doctor saying that it is my resposibility.,however the therapist agreed to see me and did his own evaluetion and some manipulation,he was good,rest of my visits was a nightmare. I started therapy 04/18/23,ended 05/02 I came for the session on may 5th and was late for 25 minutes, the girl at front desk didn't want me to stay and very rudly told me to leave. The therapist were friendly but id didn' help me,so I intended to disscuss with the therapist maybe to change the modality I would never recommend this agressive place to anybody The complain will be also submited BBB read more

Shreya was my moms therapist and she is amazing , worked great with her and explained everything . There are 2 ladies ladies at the front desk and one is very rude( the one with long hair)and she should adjust her attitude specially if she wants to keep working with people . I just left Sos Physio 15 minutes ago. The therapists are great and I will really miss the place. The only thing I won't miss is the attitude in the front desk. After leaving this afternoon I asked if I could set up for next week and I was told we were fully booked, and there are no appointments. I think they have too much business and not enough therapists to handle it. It's really sad that that's the case and I feel they should either expand or stop taking patients. As I left, I said my money is good elsewhere and she didn't care. I called my doctors office on the way home and told them what happened. I was told don't worry. I have plenty of other therapy places for you. That will appreciate your business. C'est la vie. read more

I had been warned not to take my mom to this place for her physical therapy, but either way we went. Very bad decision. We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this place. The two ladies at the front desk are rude, unempathetic, and treated patients poorly. They didn't respect the scheduled appointment times and on top of that, they treat you with such an attitude. It's very unfortunate that in a place where they work with patients, the first two people you encounter have no idea how to treat and respect a person. I wouldn't recommend it. read more

3 weeks I finished my therapy in SOS Thysio in Aventura and I can said I am free of pain. Every time I entered the excellent treatment of Tatiana Llases make me feel welcome and relaxed.Then the guide of my therapy with Jennifer Trejo and finally my therapist Marc Beeber thanks for being excellent professionals and knowing what they are doing. The place is very clean state of the art equipment the physical therapist that Matt was very helpful he less that 10 session fix the pain that I had in the shoulder very amazing stuff and place highly recommend read more
