The location is unbeatable in downtown Encinitas next to the water, but the service on core amenities like A/C is lacking. While I was given a windowless conference room to occupy in the meanwhile, it doesn't make sense for us to spend thousands of dollars a month occupying that space versus our private office with a window. I was told we would receive no discount while working out of the warm office and/or windowless conference space. While Angel (our front office contact) is truly wonderful, it doesn't feel like management / ownership shares the resources with her to enable rapid problem solving - like solving for an urgent A/C repair need. Obviously it's possible to fix in a reasonable time frame but it does require time and money. Hopefully ownership sees this message and can put a budget behind the infrastructural repairs and investments necessary to make this a great experience for tenants. This review will be updated once the A/C issue is resolved.

First off, they have a professional and courteous front desk team for start who remain present and available to welcome your guests or help tenants. The facilities are beautiful and professional. There are ample conference rooms and phone areas. Lots of parking and it's near the train station for "green" commuting. Great access to printer, podcast room, printing, storage cubbies and long term storage for tenants. Pricing is competitive (**especially compared to others in this area that share their pricing but are not as beautiful, accommodating of business needs or friendly**). Coffee and kombucha on tap is delicious. Ample paid community snack bar treats at affordable prices. Lastly, other tenants are both professional, courteous and friendly.
