Marcos offered me a few recipes even with the drinks that I had bought to try something different with them by mixture, l love how nothing was pushed on me to buy more or of something different elsewise lol like most places who are just looking to try and sell whatever liquor. He simply was focused on what I was purchasing and how I would like to might fix those things up that's it.. i was very impressed by all 3 of their willingness to make sure I was happily satisfied when I walked in and out their door. Sadly I was a couple bucks short even and they covered it for me for one which was not nessessary but totally appreciated and rad for them to do and secondly ALL of their personalities made me smile from ear to ear the entire time I was in there. It's just so nice to have customer service like this, so helpful and about you as a customer from what you like to drink to how your day might be going to the enjoyment of the purchase you're making so that they can conversate with actual relation to giving a shit.. not just hi, bye and on your way you go, nope not this store and staff. I wish there were more places we all as customers go to that would give the same as these three gentlemen did for me today, it would be so much more joyful when you walk into a business to experience from coming to going a good time whether it be brief or along stay for whatever reasons I got to give it to these guys as a staff and as people, I didn't want to even leave the store with how awesome they treated me as their customer. Huge thumbs up to all of you guys I'm sure all of the staff there will make your experience this is great as mine was with how helpful they were in my situation personally I have no doubt that anyone going to the Red Barn guaranteed wouldn't have a good time just taking a peek into this liquor store and givin awesome prices as well and just seeing what it was all about. Don't let me forget to mention the store is huge and contains literally everything you could possibly want plus some. Also today there was the most tastiest for taste testers as I walked through the door to try out as one of their products that they are now advertising as available, they we're all so delicious and if you go and give it a shot literally today you won't be disappointed plus today stopping to the Red Barn liquors you will get a 5% discount on all your purchase if you try these liquors and wines they're giving up for taste testers out the moment you walk through the door. 10/15/22 go check out the awesome staff in the great experience once again you won't be disappointed! Points for being easy & convenient! Westview is pretty clean and well organized. They have a great selection of your standard brews, wines, and spirits. It's not huge like the Whole Foods liquor stores out here but they have a few out of the box finds. The owner can be a real toss up. We stopped patronizing this place and started to go to the one across the street or the one next to the Dollar Tree and Soopers. The reason why is because the owner cocked a wicked attitude with my husband one day when our card kept declining. The thing is, we had money on the card but we forgot that all the info is set up as our address in California so it kept declining because there were already too many "out of state" transactions being made. Be that as it may, the owner who sees my husband ALL THE TIME got all pissy with him saying that he gets charged every time someone gets declined. Obviously not our problem! Let me just say, if you own a liquor store in Colorado... I'd hope to a high power that you're making money because the competition is slashed since super markets can only carry the lame 3% version of everything & no hard alcohol (OoOoh the perks of being "a mile high"). Second, you own a business! A dollar or two or even three per swipe shouldn't bankrupt you or worse... have a loyal customer stop coming in because a few bucks of trying to take 1000% more money out of my account for purchasing booze at your establishment. You catch my drift? Sure, my husband comes in with his change to grab a forty or a swisher but that's because I tell him to grab coins to feed his addictions- HAHAHAHA!
