Aggies is our neighborhood liquor store, I appreciate their variety and fair prices. Other liquor stores in Old Town and north of College are more expensive for the drinks I purchase. While Aggies does not have everything, I enjoy their selection and can always find something fun and new to try. Recently I've been picking up a bottle from their wine cart up front where they have fun flavors and traditional varieties on discount. His selections and prices are every bit as solid as the large "discount" stores in town. They have the biggest assortment of Liqour An Wine and Beer there is in Fort Collins . Unlike other liqour stores they have a 12 pack of O'dells Beer for 12.99 . Most place will charge 19.99 for a 12 pack of O'dells . Also very friendly service! . read more

If you live around the northside of CSU campus or the west side of Old Town, then Aggie Liquor is the only place to get all the essentials to get the drunk on. For a small shop, they have a great selection of wine and beer and a ton of the hard stuff too. For some reason on Friday and Saturday nights, they have two rent-a-cop wankers from Anlance security who hassle everyone for ID checks. I've never really understood why they pack guns outside of a liquor store? This isn't Aurora. But if you are of age, they are worth a few laughs. read more

If you're lookin' to make some fruity cocktails with umbrellas, play beer pong, enjoy a novel wine with friends, or whatever your modus intoxicatus, they have most bases covered. Their selection of beer, wine, and booze ranges from the cheap stuff to mid-shelf, which is expected of a college liquor store. I have bought beer here pretty regularly for over six years that I have lived here because of the convenience to where I live. However the other day I went in and on my way to checkout I noticed a young employee without a mask on. While standing in line, two other young unmasked people came in then an older man came and stood by me in line, also without a mask. I considered leaving but was ready to be checked out by the masked manager so I quickly finished the transaction but remarked how uncomfortable I was that there were so many people who ignored the sign that said masks necessary to enter. The manager did not even acknowledge my comment and on my way out the door he greeted the older unmasked man by name. I will now go out of my way to avoid patronizing them. I regret it because they are a local small business. read more

They seemed to have everything I always wanted and ive always found what I was looking for while shopping there. The interior is very dated but its not a bar to hang out for the night, just a store to shop in. They could organize their wine better as too much of it is sitting in boxes on the floor. The employees have a habit of talking about how much drugs they've done in their past or how drunk they were the weekend before yet they were very helpful with any questions I had. Yes, there is a security guard on the weekends but if your not a douche bag and dont mind showing id, then this wont bother you. You shouldn't act surprised when someone asks to see your id in a liquor store that's located 60 seconds from a college campus. I shop here all the time and the location is very convenient for me. Plus parking is plentiful. read more

Average selection with high prices - the calling card of every "discount" liquor store that has managed to find a location where they're the only spot around for a few miles. Staff is mildly friendly, usually too many dudes working so you're always walking into a private conversation that doesn't stop while they check you out. Horrible~~~~~ I am a professional in the area and checked out Aggie Liquors for the first time and discovered their prices to be way over priced, so I walked out of the store. When I walked out someone followed me and wrote down my licences number and made me feel like a criminal. Really who does this????? Maybe since your over charging customers you can invest in some cameras instead of making people feel like they have stolen something.... I have lived near this place and shopped here for years. Everyone has always been courteous and down to earth then one of the employees had to ruin it and I'll never shop here again. I had just gotten off work and my roommates were having a barbeque and ran out of beer. I went to get more beer from here and the cashier asked what I was up to, I went on to explain how we were drinking to celebrate the time change and needed more beer. He went on to say "you probably shouldn't tell me that or I'll refuse you service..." Dude I hadn't even had a drink yet so I told him that and he continued to talk back and be a complete ass hole as I walked out. The next time I went in he continued the shit talking. I hope the owner knows how that employee has been treating customers because it's turning away business and I'm now going to the mulberry max down the street as well as recommending it over this place to everyone else as I share my story. It's a shame how one employee can make the whole place look bad. Otherwise it's awesome and I hope he gets fired so I can return. read more
