Roberto was absolutely an awful person to work with. He sold me a door out of a box, not a custom door which I was aware of. While the installation of the door itself is fine and looks nice enough, the door was almost impossible to slide and EXTREMELY noisy. Clearly this is not what I would have expected from a brand new door. When I told Roberto about this, he said "LADY this is how the door is". I insisted that he try to help me get it sliding better, so he came over to try and improve it. Needless to say it was still making terrible noise and very hard to slide. When I told Roberto about my concerns he ignored me. I asked what my options were in terms of calling the manufacturer, changing the rollers, or getting a different door.... NO ANSWER. I texted another time asking him to please answer me. NO ANSWER. Several weeks later, I asked my handyman to come over to see if he could do anything about the door. He bought new rollers for $10, changed them out, lubricated them and the door is 100 TIMES better now. while it is not as perfect as I would have hoped, we determined the rollers were not good. The new rollers are much quieter and the door slides almost perfectly now. I cannot believe that a professional shower door guy was UNWILLING to help me get the door up to standard. I cannot recommend him and I will never use him again. Extremely disappointed.

Not only was the work sub-par, and the glass damaged, but she ignored multiple attempts to rectify the situation, ignoring not only me, and my wife, but also our outreach from a third phone number. The shower glass is chipped and scratched and the trim is broken. The patio glass is too big for the table, and extremely dangerous, knowing full well I have a 1 year old and my wife is currently pregnant. Not to mention she put the covers on backwards and half-assed so the rain got underneath the cover and rusted the brand new, never been used table. This person is just evil. She is no different than every other crooked contractor in this town, and given the amount of glass shops in the area, I really plead with you to use someone else. I told him that I needed my money back so that I can hire a competent person and he will not comply. After my first review Ernesto wrote below my review that he reviewed his record and could not find any record of my transaction.I have a copy of a check for $400 and copy of a zell for $1000 in my possession that was paid to him. I am appalled of such business practice. I am a senior citizen and was dealt with unfairly. I learnt of them through my church brother who is a handy man. He expressed that he gave them jobs sometimes. He said they have not answered his call since the incident. Ernesto you and your working partner should do the right thing to a senior citizen and stop posting lies. Both of you came through the doors of my house and then deny doing business with me?
