THIS WOMAN IS A CRIMINAL, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After giving relatively fair pricing, this person installed while I was away on a work trip. Not only was the work sub-par, and the glass damaged, but she ignored multiple attempts to rectify the situation, ignoring not only me, and my wife, but also our outreach from a third phone number. The shower glass is chipped and scratched and the trim is broken. The patio glass is too big for the table, and extremely dangerous, knowing full well I have a 1 year old and my wife is currently pregnant. Not to mention she put the covers on backwards and half-assed so the rain got underneath the cover and rusted the brand new, never been used table. This person is just evil. She is no different than every other crooked contractor in this town, and given the amount of glass shops in the area, I really plead with you to use someone else. An interior designer sourced HR to create a custom glass top to protect a brand new oval-shaped lacquer dining table. Eva came out to the house to take measurements and said it would take 7-10 business days. Two business days later she said the top was ready. When they placed it I noticed the glass was not flush with the table. In some areas the tabletop was exposed - in others the glass hung over the edge. There were also air bubbles trapped underneath. Suffice it to say it did not look good. When I mentioned this to Eva she said, "It's not going to be perfect." I could go on but that's pretty much everything you need to know about this company, which other reviews will confirm. Eva did keep her word about refunding my money though. read more

I bought a frame on offer up.. and needed a mirror placed inside. I came across this company and from Beginning to end communication and service was excellent. Eva was so sweet, very professional and on top of communication. She also went out of her way to deliver my mirror to me herself on a holiday ..because I was going out of town. Horrible customer service. I texted pictures and measurements for the pieces of glass I needed. Eva sent me an Invoice that was very high in my opinion, so I assumed that everything I requested was on it. When Eva arrived at my home (she said she would arrive between 9-10 AM and came at 10:50) with the glass, she did not have everything I requested. Also, she would not install one piece on top of the dresser because it was too heavy. She said that's not her job and she did me a favor by bringing the other pieces inside. She kept calling me, "Mami" and would not assume any responsibility for the mistakes. She quickly turned everything against me. Very poor customer relations. Wow! Get your shower door done here! Exceptional quality custom work for under $1,000! We priced out ready made doors vs custom and HR is not that much more expensive for exceptional quality, fit and service! I called for information, the owner said she could be there The next morning! She even came at 6am since I had to leave for work early. It took 20 minutes to measure in 10 minutes to go through the options of door versus slider. A frameless door fit beautifully even in my small bathroom. The door swings both in and out which many of them don't. Seven days later a crew of three guys came in at 6 AM (my preference) and had the work done in about an hour. They were in uniform, clean-cut, polite, spoke English and cleaned up after they finished. They sealed it well with clear silicon and the edges of the door meet with precision! Thank you guys! Absolutely horrible service. Eva just wants to take your money and run!! Stay away from this company at all costs. I had a mirror installed, during installation the employees told me my faucets had to come down for the mirror to be properly installed. I called a plumber to come out and remove the faucets, but fear not! Eva's employees told me they could take down the faucets if I paid them an extra $100. They removed my faucets without my approval, or knowing how to properly do so. After my mirror was installed I noticed a small scratch on one of the mirrors and I notified Eva right away. It took her over 5 days to get back to me, and she replied with a nasty email saying there was no scratch- even though the entire mirror could not be seen in the picture she sent me. After numerous calls and text messages to Eva due to noticing water leaks from the glass out to the floor we got no response. The installation is only a year old, should not be leaking. They will not stand behind their work!!!! So good luck if you use them, unfortunately I didn't see their 2.7 stars in yelp if not I would have never contacted them!!!! read more

I have used HR Glass for a many different projects and they did an excellent job on all of them. Installed a floating mirror in bathroom, did crackled mirror columns, glass floating shelves in bar, glass shelves in curio, glass top dining table and a smoked glass desk top and every job was well done and top quality. The pricing is very competitive and in addition to all that, they deliveried as promised and everyone was so easy to deal with. Whenever I called, I would have an answer by the end of the day, and they were always helpful. The installers were not only friendly, but did great work and very clean and neat. They have made custom doors for me, custom mirrors, custom shower frame, and. custom shelves everything has been made perfectly to fit my home. They work faster efficient with the best customer service. They've done everything that's been out of the box to get my house perfect I wouldn't go anywhere else. When I have broke a shelve they have made a new one Fast and efficiently that fit back perfect and matched amazing. I had to have them take down a glass door to be able to get a washer and dryer and they showed up they remove the glass door made sure it was in a safe place let me get the washer dryer delivery. If I could give a 0 star to these people I would. The owner Eva has found a way to SCAM people! She stole my money and will not provide any kind of response. I have been trying to get a hold of her for over 5 days and she stole my money. They ask for 50% deposit but took the whole amount. This is wrong on so many levels. Now I have no door and no money. They took advantage of my girl friend filling out the form and now I have no way to get my money back. Stay away! I don't review much and the fact I took time to do this shows how much of a terrible experience it has been. They yell and are rude to everyone they deal with. my mirrors looked great 12 months ago and now 4 months after warranty expiration they have huge black erosion marks on the edges where they were cut. Moral of the story? Don't buy from this glass company if you don't want to have to replace your mirrors within a year or two. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL..! On December 2017 the owner "Eva" came over took the measurements and they install a mirror on one of my bathrooms, I was very happy and satisfy with their service. On November 2018 I contacted them again to install another mirror on my master bathroom, somehow I was surprise of how poorly, badly their service was at this time. Eva took the wrong measurements and when their installers came they had to take the mirror back because they did not leave an opening for the lamp, they came for the 2nd time and had to take it back again due to wrong measurements once again the installers insisted it was correct and I said if they didn't install it correctly I was not going to pay the balance due. For the 3rd time they came again and finally install the mirror. When the mirror was installed I was working and my parents were home Mom 83 and Dad 90 years old. When I saw the mirror it was very dusty and dirty. When I cleaned it it was full of scratches. I called Yuneisy Mursuli and told her if there was anything they could do to take off the scratches. She said she would call me back, well I never heard from her. When I called her back 3 days later she was not helpful at all I guess they already had their money on there side and they didn't care. HR Glass did 4 glass shower/tub enclosures as well as a toilet enclosure (floor to ceiling, with a lock on the door) I think they did a great job and Eva was very professional to deal with. She was very quick in measuring and gave us an estimate quickly. It's been 8 months and everything still looks great. We had to have some adjustments done on 2 doors within a few months of moving in, but Eva has been very accommodating and sent her guys out quickly. The owner Eva will refuse to speak to you or even refund the money. The employee Yuneisi would ignore any attempts of contact. They took the money I paid and made every excuse possible that the glass table was not ready for 3 weeks. Not only that but every time I called they would hang up on purpose or simply ignore the call. If you want something done professionally and reasonable in a respectable manner DO NOT trust HR Glass & Mirror to get the job done. This company is a scam, and I would strongly suggest World of Glass across the street who cut my glass table in one business day. I am giving them one star because the price was cheap and they installed my mirrors correctly, but I am taking away 4 stars because Eva the owner does not know a thing about customer service. The installers scratched my brand new floor and when I called to tell her about it she wouldn't talk to me, she only relayed messages through her secretary. She told me because I called 2 hours after they left she wouldn't take responsibility. She wouldn't even talk to me about it! It was very frustrating that she never called me back and would not get on the phone with me even though the secretary was relaying to her right there what I was calling about. I trusted the installers and also Eva that they would do the right thing. I had no idea I should have watched the installers like a hawk to make sure none of my things got damaged. Contracted for two custom mirrors, installed. Was VERY clear one was to be glued to back of cabinet door. Installers showed up knowing nothing about the gluing requirement. They called the office, who agreed the job required gluing, but said we had to remove the cabinet door. This was NEVER discussed. Their install guys were great, but the office deceived us. read more

The perfect storm of GREAT work and GREAT pricing. I had large floor to ceiling mirrors- 6 feet by 10 feet (which is hard to do- and not many companies will do such a large size) put in my dining room and had glass doors put into my bathroom, as well as a floating mirror. The company does a great job with coordinating and scheduling with both you AND your building. They are also on point with filling out all contractor paperwork with a condo building to prove insurance, etc. I HIGHLY recommend. I would do more with them if I had more things to do! read more

Lackadaisical. They sent someone out to take measurements and provide an estimate for a glass shower door that we need replaced. This was 10 days ago. I have called them maybe 8 times to get a copy of the estimate so that we can pay it and have the job done. Every time I called, I was told that the manager will send it because, for some reason, only the manager can email estimates. Problem is, the manager NEVER seems to be in office. I should have given up after the third call, but I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. Long story short, I still don't have the estimate and now need to find someone else for a client that has so patiently waited to take a shower without having water spew all over the bathroom floor. Will never recommend their services or call on them again for any of my properties. They don't seem to care about earning new business anyway. read more

Eva was great to work with. Very attentive to detail. She provided the glass enclosures for three of our showers and 10 very large mirrors for our bath vanities and bedrooms. We love the outcome. One mirror was too big so they had to cut it down and add a border but it was a good solution they provided. My only complaint was the Installers left a few knicks on the walls and the pencil lines to mark where mirrors go weren't covered by mirror had to be painted over. Eva was truly great to work with. They were the third company that had come out to quote for my mirrors in my gymnasium , and was pleasantly surprised to see that they came in well under the others. I hired them on the spot! Throughout the whole process Eva and her employees were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable . When they finished the installation of my gym mirrors, I was like "WOW" !
