My standards for service and quality of products are very high. This company scored high for me due to their cordial, timely and no this and that surprises service. Moreover, their flowers last and last and last. Recipients of flower arrangements kept commenting on one of a kind, tastefully orchestrated, hard to believe scent filled arrangements and the time they lasted. They even went a step ahead in service. The delivery person takes a picture of the bouquet if recipient is not home, texts the picture to the number given, gets guidance where to leave if allowed.
