To the point I wish I never spent money with Fiesta. I didn't feel like a valued costumer. They opened my pool but wanted to charge me extra to tell me the state of my pool and equipment in an email. I feel if something was off about the pool they wouldn't have hasted to make some money off the repairs. Same way their chemicals are ridiculously overpriced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 2 stars just because of Mike the pool guy.

The staff at Fiesta were SO patient and able to explain things on my level. It's great to have my water tested and out the door with a good report or solution. I was able to show them a picture of my springtime algae discolouration and he immediately knew what to do. My pool was back to normal fast! Thank you, Fiesta!

I just haven't had time to go and it looks like life will be busy for me until next January, so I am canceling my membership. When I called the business office to ask if I could put my membership on hold for a few months, the lady who answered the phone was rather rude. I asked about pausing my membership and she said in a harsh rather scolding tone that I couldn't cancel a membership over the phone but would have to go in. I told her I didn't ask about cancelling but pausing. She said there's no pausing, again in a harsh tone. I might join again when I have more time. I had been told a couple of years ago that I could pause for a couple of months. I guess they changed that policy.

When the spa was first bought, the salesman was super friendly. After coming in a few times for…read moresupplies, the salesman seemed disinterested in speaking with me to the point of dismissive. The counter personnel are super nice, though. After a couple of years, a new spa cover was ordered (the old one had the seams come apart) which took 6 weeks to arrive and be installed. No exact date of arrival could be found by everyone who answered their phones. The top arrives and is installed (the bars weren't tightened and the top is loose but we have tools). It's much lighter than the previous and, having it for just a little over a week (still working around our schedules to get it cleaned out, purged and ready for use), already a small hole on the underside facing the water has been found and stains that we can only assume are from either recent rains or birds on the top. We'll have to patch the hole (it's super small but this is another reason we had to order a new one). There doesn't appear to be any quality control once the top is ordered as, when it arrived, it was still in the manufacturer's box. For $850+, next time a new cover is needed, we'll look elsewhere. (Going to work so I'll add photos later)

We have always depended on their service department for the opening and closing of our pool. For me, having this longstanding relationship with them gives me security knowing they provided sound advice and patience. This year has been tough on me and my family. I was recently diagnosed with having the BRCA2 gene mutation and had to undergo prophylactic bilateral mastectomies. Kerri and the entire service department has gone above and beyond with scheduling my pool opening. She has not only assisted with rescheduling but has been genuinely concerned with my recovery. Becoming a customer at Fiesta is like joining a big, very smart and compassionate family. I highly recommend Fiesta for all swimming pool needs from construction to products to, especially, service.
