I live in Beaver county and called to ask if they serviced in my area. The told me that they did and I set up an appointment for the next day. I even left a credit card number to hold my appointment. I waited 4 hours for a technician to show up and finally called them. They told me that they didn't have a technician to service my area. They also told me that they called the night before and left a voicemail canceling the appointment, which they did not. They wasted my time. I would not recommend this repair place to anyone! read more
Called and set up an appointment for the next day between 9-12. Gave them all the information on my washing machine (Whirlpool) and credit card to hold the appointment. Three hours later, 9:00 in the evening, I get a phone call, "we don't have a technician who can work on Whirlpools. SERIOUSLY? It took 3 hours to figure that out. read more
